Pretty location. Would be nice for a longer stay. Hoovered and tidy. Pretty decor. Toilet clean.
Property not cleaned to standard as had a “lick and promise” clean. Cooker top and oven dirty. Toaster covered in crumbs in, on and underneath it. Had to clean before we could cook. Cobwebs. Cup marks on surfaces. Dirt around sink/bath taps. The lists goes on!! Requires a deep clean here!! Offered them photos but never wanted to see
Then once I complained I got an immediate apology from Rosie and offer a refund but then gaslight for a month+ and snonewalled with “woww is me/the little independent getting hit by the big boys” and take it up with Booking.com not me! So very poor customer service for a repeat customer at this unit complex , as I’ve stayed in several different units and never encountered it this bad before. Whilst I would have forgiven them this issue based on better experiences before I won’t stay again based on her dealing (or lack of) with me to the point that I pointed out how 💩 their customer service is directly to her and still got a Woow is me response but unable to own her response to me as a business
