My wife and I stayed here 4 days for our anniversary. What an awesome place to stay. The condo was perfect. Clean, cozy, and super convenient to everything we wanted to do. We are already checking dates to come back and hopefully stay here again. 5 stars all the way!

Jan was a great host. Property was better than advertised and very close to everything.
Of particular mention is the bed. Very high quality mattress and bedding made for a great night sleep. This is coming from someone who spends 100+ nights a year on the road.

Property was just as described. We had everything we needed to make us feel at home away from home. We cooked some meals in, and the location was great for being able to walk to shops, restaurants, and even a local grocery store. It was great to be able to park for free in the parking garage and easily access the condo. Communication with the host was great.

My husband and I came in for Octoberfest. The location of the condo is perfection. Comfortable space, well stocked kitchen. Great stay, we would definitely recommend this place!

Location is great, close enough to walk all around downtown for shopping and dinning. Room was clean, we did notice that it stayed hot even without the heat on in September during our stay so we had the windows open every night to cool off. It was great having a full kitchen on our trip even if we only used it to heat up leftovers. Parking and finding your way through the building can seem overwhelming when you get there but after your first night you’ll get the hang of it. Overall I would recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in Breckenridge.

What an incredible location. Walkable to everything, yet parking directly below.
House was exactly as described and was well stocked with appliances, plates, pots, etc. Extremely well maintained by the owner.
As great as the house way, the host was even better. She helped us through a mistake I made in the booking and made it very easy for us.

Jan was fantastic with all communication. The condo is as stated in the listing extremely close to everything you want to do. Tons of restaurants and shopping all within walking distance. The only negative thing I would have to say was the balcony is really small and you can’t sit out there and enjoy the views. Would definitely stay here again.

Stayed in this beautiful unit for a week for a ski vacation. From the moment I saw the property to the time I checked out, Jan - the property owner, was engaged, gracious and truly committed to helping her guests have the best stay.
Upon walking into the unit, I was greeted with an abundance of beautiful natural light with awesome views. I’ve stayed in many VRBOs and this unit was one of the most clean and definitely the most organized. The unit has everything you need, without being cluttered.
The location is great. Easy walk to Silverthorn Chairlift and to Main Street for shopping and dining.
The only thing that could be improved is the comfort of the pull-out couch. These things are just never that comfortable. We actually ended up just using the couch as is (not pulled out) as the pull-out mattress was pretty uncomfortable. BUT. The bed in the bedroom was awesome. Very comfortable!
I want to comment once more on the property owner, Jan. She truly goes above and beyond to ensure you have a good stay. She is a gem. Honestly, if I lived near her - I would want to be her friend and have coffee together! I’ve never met such an engaged and committed property owner. She takes pride in her property and guest experiences.

We were in Breckinridge for a ski vacation in April. The location is perfect as you are right at the end of Main Street so you can easily walk to bars, restaurants and shops as well as walk right to the lift. The unit was exactly as described and communication with the owner was excellent. Highly recommend!

Great location and quick walk to Maggie to quicksilver lift. Kind of annoying to get to hot tubs in our building. You must go outside to get there. Balcony is only for standing, not sitting. On Main Street so restaurants and bars are right there.

This was by far the best condo I’ve stayed in at Breck. Clean, supplied and very convenient. We never needed to move our truck. Walking distance to anything we needed in town and just about 2 minutes from the ski valet location to the lift and ski school. Highly recommend you stay here or at least in zMain Street Station condos.

Jan’s place is incredible. The view alone is worth booking for, so the fact that the condo is gorgeously and thoughtfully stocked and decorated feels like an even bigger bonus. We wanted for nothing while we were there! Tons of food options within very easy walking distance, but the kitchen is fully stocked if you’d rather cook. As an avid cook, I can tell you that especially in comparison to other vacation rentals I’ve booked, the kitchen is a joy to use! Comfy bed, gorgeous shower, and the sofa and chairs are comfortable, too! Jan’s thought of everything for an excellent stay. Will definitely be back!

Wonderful stay in Breckenridge. The property is located in the perfect spot to enjoy the town but still feel remote as you're enjoying the hot tubs. The condo itself has everything you could ask for. Really enjoyed the fireplace and there is plenty of space. Thanks for a wonderful vacation.
