Nice location and neighbourhood
I unfortunately got a room facing the street and the noise from the gate and traffic bothered me a little early in the morning and late at night

The room was great. Clean, comfy, well designed.
I didn’t like that there was no live person to meet us at a front desk. We needed to drop off our luggage early. Fortunately, someone who used to work there happened to come along while we were trying to figure out how to get in. They used their access to open the door. That person provided the personal touch that was missing. Even though Hotel Filip satisfied in every other way, in the future, I’ll avoid booking where there is no guest services person to greet me at check-in and help with other issues.
