Great location to visit the Wulingyuan National Park (avatar mountains) as it’s very close to the entrance.
The main highlight is that the staff are super helpful and friendly, if you have any questions or need help with ANYTHING they go the extra mile to help you out. (Use a translator at the desk) A big thank you to the receptionist for making my stay so pleasant!
They offer free help in order to book park tickets in advance through WeChat which was the biggest life saver as I am terrible at planning but they helped me so easily, so when I arrived everything as all planned out already. A big thank you Carol!
They gave me a map of each tourist park and explained what route to take and what time I had to be there by.
The rooms are clean and comfortable.
There are shops and plenty of food options close by and it’s nice to go for a walk to see all the night lights.
Don’t use google maps to try and fine the hotel, use the Chinese characters they provide to search in Didi.
Nothing bad to say! The shower takes abit to warm up but not an issue at all

Amazing views from the rooms that are looking on the countryside, rooms are clean and very comfortable, with all working on a touch of the button. Staff at the reception is very polite and friendly and speaks the best english i heard in all of my travel trough China, they are extremely helpfull providing all the info you want and need. They arange you the trips, massages, tours etc. Ac is working wonderfully and beds are good.
Breakfast was good but the place where is at, could really use another AC because it was too hot in august when was full of people.

Good location. Surrounded by high mountains.
Room size was very small. Also breakfast choice was very limited. Only a few items available.
