My bf and I really enjoyed our stay at Milly's and Bill's. The homemade granola for breakfast was super delicious. One of the best ones we've ever tried! The bathroom was super clean and had some lovely products, like the shampoo/conditioner from Salt Spring Island. I really appreciated that kind of attention to detail. The hosts were great to chat with, and the recommendations Bill gave us for our trip on the island were fantastic. And if you like to read and chill, they have lovely seats out front and by the fish pond.
Not so much a dislike, but can be a little tricky at times using the second floor bathroom if there is high demand haha

Super comfy bed, balcony was nice. Blankets were amazing. Shower was good.
The hosts could not read social cues. They are seemingly lovely people, who are very passionate about their interests and their business. They had troubles recognizing when tenants were not interested or wanted to be left alone. They interrupted another guest multiple times to tell a story that has no relevance to the conversation at hand. We felt on eggshells the entire time because we didn’t want to hurt their feelings by telling them we just wanted to be left alone. Their intentions seem wholly pure and they were very kind people. The execution however left something to be desired.
