My family and I had a great trip at this condo. It is conveniently located near plenty of restaurants, a grocery store and is about 20 minutes from Charleston. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. It has direct access to the beach which was very convenient. I was really happy that they are pet friendly as most of the condos that we have stayed at in the area were not so this was a big plus! I would definately reccomend staying here!

Loved the stay and the listing was as expected. The furniture needs to be replaced. It is old, uncomfortable and makes noise. Better seating in main, shampoo/conditioner and beach towels would be a very nice basic inclusion.

Clean--well-equipped for our stay--comfortable--and great deck for afternoon coffee--easy walk to the beach and great views--also easy drive into Charleston--really enjoyed this small (6 units) condo building--good parking, too--good communication with property manager 🤗

We stayed at this location to celebrate my husband’s 60th birthday. The location was perfect— walked to everything. We were able to spend time on the beach for 2 of our days because the weather was great! The icing on the cake was being able to bring our fur baby. We plan to return to this location next year! Thank you for a memorable birthday trip! 💕

This condo was perfect in every way. We loved how the location allowed us to walk to restaurants and the grocery store. The condo is beautiful and spacious. The best part is the large covered porch where we ate all of our meals. We loved being able to have our gog with us. The beach had set hours where the dogs could play off leash and ours made lots of friends. We have already reserved for next year!

This condo is in the heart of Ocean Blvd main area. Oceanfront view was an outstanding feature. However, we were unable to have Wi-Fi access even though advertised. Something they need to look into.

Everything was as advertised. Arrived to find a clean condo with welcome music playing. Great access to the beach, and the pool was a added touch for our children. Received courtesy text throughout the week to ensure everything was ok. Will definitely stay again! Thanks for a great vacation!

Nice condo but needs a bit of updating and touch of paint. Pool is right in view when looking out at the beach. Had there not been people at the pool it would not have been an issue but they were out and facing the condo so when we were on the balcony of the condo we could here their conversations and music clearly. Great location close to restaurants and beach. Great service from management and did have everything you could want or need in the condo. Really nice place, just be aware of the proximity to the pool.

We spent our family's spring break at this ocean front condo and it was amazing! Location could not have been better for our family of two adults and four kids (14, 11, 9 and 7) as we were right on the beach while being a very short walk to all of the restaurants on IOP. The condo was super clean, communication with the property manager was easy and quick, everything went very well. There had been a small issue ahead of our visit - the management team gave us a heads up and had someone out right away to fix it. Our kids loved the immediate beach access as well as the short drive to some other tourist activities in Charleston. Overall, a great trip and a great spot - would definitely stay here again.

Just returned from our second stay at Oceanview Condos and hope to return again and again. The location, beach access , pool , and ocean views can’t be beat. The condo was spotless with an amazing assortment of china, cooking essentials and so spacious for our group of six. Sean and Jeremy are the best!!! Quickly responded to any questions and a minor problem with TV/internet was handled efficiently ( to the delight of the basketball watchers in the group!) In my opinion, the ONLY place to stay if you’re looking for a stay in IOP….would give 10 stars if I could!!

Location was perfect for us between walking distance to everything needed and the perfect beach for walking! Olives, sand dollars and starfish in abundance along with the sun! Being from the northeast we loved the temps - could have had a lesser breeze tho☺️ plenty of space for all of us and our pup - who LOVED all the dogs she met on the beach!

After years (many) of renting vacation homes, we rate this one at the very top. Seriously, it is that good, in our opinion. There’s one easily handled issue: dusty, dirty a/c registers that just need vacuuming and wiping out. Nothing more than this. Everything else is spot on!! Good job!!

Great stay! Everything was clearly communicated before and during of trip. There were no surprises as we were told what to expect and what was provided. Although it was a busy area, it was quiet in the condo and we enjoyed being so close to restaurants as well as just a quick walk to the beach. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our 4th stay in this condo building & we love it. We love that it’s pet friendly because our dog loves to be on the beach with us. We love that it’s right by so many different restaurants you don’t even need to get in a vehicle to get food. And we love to go across the street to the shops. We did have a problem with the cable 1 day but called & they were able to help me fix it over the phone. We can’t say enough good things about these condo’s!!!

Our family had a wonderful time in this apartment. Our dogs loved hanging out on the porch overlooking the pool and ocean. The beds were comfy and the apartment was spread out so we all had our own space. Close to all our favorite restaurants so no driving! We already rebooked for next year!

We loved our stay at IOP escapes. We came in 2020 and loved it so much we came back this year. We love the location (so MANY good places to eat very close by), the fact that we could bring our 4 legged family members, and the patio space in the back. I highly recommend this location!

We loved our time staying in this lovely Condo. The place was very clean, decorated cute, well equipped kitchen, laundry, with extra linens and towels,, We loved having our lunch out on the fabulous veranda overlooking the beach and taking in the sight of the flora and fauna of the dunes, the sound of the waves and the constant breeze. But if we wanted to dine out or do take-out, then that was en easy and convenient option as well with all the different restaurants with in easy walking distance. Having a pool on property was an absolute welcomed plus. You just can’t beat the convenience. Be aware that it is right in the middle of outdoor restaurants and bars so there will be ( fun) congestion, residual ( cool) music and (happy) street noise, but once in condo it’s amazingly quiet, and IOP city makes sure things settle down at a reasonable hour, so it’s all good 👍🏻. If you love IOP, then we highly recommend this property ,, it’s win-win-win!!!!

This is our 4th time at this property and 1st time in this unit. We love the location (the kiddos can walk to things) and the dog friendly beach! The property owners really take care of everything and go above and beyond to make sure the stay is perfect!! My go to beach vacation every time!
