Romar Tower 1D is a true ground-level corner gulf-front 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium located on the 1st floor with view of gulf from the living room and master bedroom. The patio has railings -- there is no access to pool area via the patio. The unit is approximately 1400 sq ft with a fully equipped kitchen and stainless steel appliances all set in granite counter tops with a separate area for washer and dryer. There are 2 full baths. The master has en suite bathroom with a tub/shower combo. The hallway has a tub/shower combo as well.

Having the pool outside our patio was not an issue. The doors leading to our patio opened wide when we wanted to take it in, and offered a reflective layer of privacy when we wanted to close them. We had a maintenance challenge while there and they were swift to respond and correct it without affecting our trip. The kitchen was well stocked and we made good use of the blender. If we could wave a magic wand, we would have added a mirror in the 3rd bedroom, and some extra rolls of toilet paper. I ended up buying a pack and leaving some for the next visitors. We also took advantage of the Stay and Play package and took in a Dolphin tour at sunset on our last day- highly recommend.

The master bedroom bed was comfy.
But the other beds in the other room my family complained feeling springs from the mattress. Maybe put pads on them.
I would stay there again.

Convenient location, condo very roomy, but it needs serious updating and repairs: the decor was horrific, the glass dining table not steady at all, the glass coffee table had a chunk of glass missing in the corner; one of the dining chair's legs was barely holding on, the master bath pocket door to the dressing area was missing and the shower and toilet were very close and in a small area, the floors were dirty my granddaughter's feet were black from walking around in her walker. The positive was very convenient to the beach and to unload your car, the pool area was kept nice, the mattresses were nice and it was very roomy.
