The rooms, smell, layout, were excellent. Coming into the hotel you are relieved from having to see hotel staff just click the button for your floor.
I did not like that there was no money exchange for the washers and dryer. The washer and dryers were not actually efficient, I feel as though I could had done the drying better with a hair dryer than the machine itself

We were upgraded to a room with king bed which we absolutely loved as the room space was big and even had a day bed. It just oozes a luxurious feel. Omiya Station is just under 5 minutes by foot. It has a pharmacy next door and 7-11 and Lawson’s are nearby too.
The water at the Sky Spa wasn’t hot enough

the facility was very beautiful
the room smelled really bad and it was so hard to control the humidity and the smell of the room with the air conditioner. because of that, we didn’t have a good night sleep at all. in addition to that, one side of the bed was pushed against the wall and my husband hit the wall quite a few times while sleeping. why do you put the bed against the wall?
