The front desk staff, breakfast and location was excellent.
The mattress was so hard that it kept us from getting very good rest. Plus, we were there for two nights and I understand not changing towels but the trash cans were not dumped or apparently checking the room at all.

Block out curtains were great, room was nice and dark to sleep In. The location was good.
I wasnโt impressed with the breakfast โ the eggs were cold, and you have to reheat them yourself on a hot plate after theyโve been sitting out since breakfast started.
We also had an issue with lost property. After requesting a room change due to the TVโs positioning, some of our belongings were left behind. Instead of retrieving and returning them, we were told they could no longer be located, which was disappointing even though they initially found them. We can't understand how they lost it less than 12 hours later.
The upkeep was not great, no general cleaning was done. I was given a vacuum (barely worked) to clean the room myself, and sheets to make my own bed.
