LALA is a quaint little hotel in Tel Aviv. The facilities are basic, but the wonderful service Barbara gave us made our stay in LALA so pleasant.

Exceptional

The staff are super friendly and super communicative. I had to ask a few questions via whatsapp and I would receive a reply in under a minute. The property is walking distance to Yafo. If you want to visit the beaches in Telaviv you will need either a car or scooter, but there is a parking lot right across the street if you have a rental. The room was spacious, clean and well decorated. There is a wonderful little bakery 30 metres away where you can buy the most delicious chocolate croissant.

The property is just beyond walking distance to the main beaches in Telaviv, but I knew that when I booked, so not really a complaint; just an observation. I have zero complaints about the property, the service or the staff.

Loved it! Amazing service. Relaxing Rooftop.

Very cute with a quaint rooftop are to unwind. Owners were by far amazing. Best service I have received in any hotel ever.

Wish I could have stayed longer

Barbara and Guy were very welcoming, attentive and helpful, and gave great informationabout the surrounding area. Coffee and snacks are provided for free in the lobby and the building was beautiful.

A couple of lights in the room didn't work and the toilet seat needed some fixing. Overall very minor things though.

- The kindness and flexibility of the owner (she got me by car the first time down to the old city) - The simple breakfast offered by the hotel (coffee/cappuccino and some good pastries) - Some water from the minibar offered from the hotel - Historical remains across the hotel (in my case an old storage silo under my floor, simply covered with a glass plate and properly illuminated, like and archeological find).

- The living room, the shower and the sink are in the same space, but this is due to the historical origin of the hotel; not a real disadvantage, but just to be aware that furnishings are not separated (WC though is within a separate room).

Charming little hotel with endearing décor. Affordable. Super likable and helpful hostess. Ease of check in and parking. Delectable complementary coffee/tea nook with lots of sweets was, needless to say, a hit. A room, though having somewhat weird arrangement (shower, toilet, sink) , had all we needed and was spacious.

Room didn't have a window, hence a day light. The place is out of the bitten tourist path, hence a need to drive to every attraction. I was planning to walk to/from Jaffa, but the hotel location didn't encourage us to do such.

Cute boutique hotel with exceptional staff, an excellent value for your money.

Excellent boutique hotel. It has great style and is well kept and clean. The staff are exceptional and go way above and beyond to make the stay comfortable and ensure all needs are met. The staff were extremely responsive to all communication both before arrival and during our stay. The hotel was immaculate and clean. There is a rooftop area for guests that is perfect for relaxing and for nice views of the city. There was free coffee and snacks available in the lobby throughout the day.

My only complaint was the location. The hotel is far from most amenities and tourist areas and requires a 20 to 25 minute walk (or taxi cab ride). There is a convenience store and ice cream shop across the street.

A unique experience in a very suggestive structure

Strategic location, convenient for both the airport and for visiting the city. Within walking distance there are various services such as bars, bakeries, supermarkets and a large public car park. The structure is very impressive, the room very quiet with confortable bed. A small private roof garden is available in the immediate vicinity of the hotel.

The old world charm of this property also includes some humidity in both the room and the hall. Frequent airing and a dehumidifier reduce this problem.
