Dirty, greedy and unhelpful. The hotel is all about the money and doesn’t care about clients whatsoever. Gross misuse of

The location

Where to begin? I was travelling for a funeral for my mother. They charged me a room deposit 3xs. They toyed with my credit card. Purchases were not straight forward. No manager would return my calls. My deposits were not returned for over 30 days even though I called everyday to ask. The front desk staff would not help at all and even pretended to be management at one point. The pool and the hot tub were gross with dirt rings around the circumference of the both the pool and the hot tub. The heater in our room didn’t work so we had a noisy fireplace that kept us up all night long. Food couldn’t be charged to the room but the restaurant told us we could charge to the room. Literally nobody would help us all.

Best Value Ever

Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms, hot breakfast - after staying at the hotel on two occasions, the front desk staff upgraded our room to a king suite with fireplace, etc. very nice and very unexpected!!

Was good value for the money

Due to covid, the pool, restaurant and bikes were not available… and we were not aware until check in.

Great value foe the cost, great breakfast, comfortable, close to transcanada highway.

Breakfast was excellent value, clean and plentiful.

Facilities were good but could have been cleaner…especially by the pool. It seemed to have very few staff working. Maybe a need to hire more.

I will stay again any time i am in the area. Great hotel, great value, amazing staff.

I asked for a room close to the front for my mom as she cannot walk well and was given second room in at a bit of a upgrade at no cost to me. They were very good at assisting me with everything i needed to make the weekend great and make it easy to care for her needs.

Comfortable stay for reasonable price.

Customer service was excellent.

Air conditioning didn’t work, initially, but our front desk gentleman “Macgyver’ed” it to work for us.

Front desk staff and the room did not have hand soap or shampoo and conditioner.

Passable

The front desk worker was very condescending when talking about the deposit for the room. Acted like he didn't trust us even though we had no problem paying it. Kept demanding a credit card when cash was a viable option.

I would stay at the Wyndham Gardens again. Very close to everything. Accessible.

The Breakfast was average. The rooms were exceptionally clean, as well as other areas of the Hotel. The Gentleman behind the Front desk was superb. Very congenial, and extremely helpful. Room was very quiet!! Loved it ! We will stay there again.

The Breakfast room was so full there wasn't a place to sit down to eat. I had to eat in the Foyer.

Probably won’t be staying here again!

The breakfast was disgusting!! The location was good for our needs

Let your guests know that your hotel is under renovations. Have extra toilet paper in the room. Better coffee mugs in the room(there was only one decent mug). Extra linen would be nice (pillows blankets).

Not flexible

I wanted to checkout early, I was told I I'll be charged for full stay as booked and will not be refunded upon early checkout. The staff showed no flexibility to help me. I will not be booking this hotel in future.
