The shower was way to slippery for me, so i didnt use it, a slip free matt on the bottom on the floor would be a good addition for sure, i am older so a fall wouldnt be so good.

Areas were being renovated but was clean and quiet.

Location to hospital was convenient.

The front desk staff were rude & argumentative. The night clerk was good. Friendly. The rest weren’t helpful. Was booked for several days only got fresh towels & garbages changes once so far. Had to keep asking for more sugar. Refused towels when I asked. Said they had put extra to do me. But there weren’t any extra towels at all. I had been here for extended period once before when my mom was critically ill in hospital in 2020 & they were very helpful. I brought it up & they denied it said I hadn’t stayed here. Called me a liar basically. So rude when the room was previously booked in my husband’s name not mine they decided I must be lying. Whenever I had any questions they were short & snapped at me a few times. Doubt I will stay here again for any extended period to see my relatives when in hospital. Short overnight stays or not at all!
