Our beds were very comfortable, staff were lovely grounds are lovely.
Throughly enjoyed the spa pools by the swimming pools
Maybe letting people that the communal does not supply pots pans cutlery thats not a problem not supplying them but i don't recall the website stating that I could be wrong about that.
I did see regarding bedding. But still was an enjoyable stay and will be back again

The staff is very nice and does their job very well.
Very disappointing experience. We paid $84 NZD for one night, and the cabin didn’t include anything — no bathroom, no kitchen, no running water, no linen, no pillows, no cooking utensils, not even cutlery.
There was only a huge shared bathroom, and you had to pay $2 for a hot shower. I tried to take one after a long day of driving, but the shower never worked even after paying.
Imagine arriving tired, just wanting a hot shower to relax — and it’s impossible. For the same price, you can easily find much better places that offer everything this one doesn’t. Definitely not worth it.
