About this house rental

Located in Orleans, this charming house for $204 per night is a fantastic option for your next vacation. Come & enjoy this Cape rancher any time of the year! The house is in a quiet neighborhood that is in a key location on the Cape. Go in any direction & you will find saltwater beaches, fresh water ponds, cranberry bogs & beautiful old fashioned towns. Less than 2 miles from the house is the grocery, fuel, bank & many other necessity stops. The Master bedroom offers a king size bed and full bath. The second bedroom has a queen size bed, a third bedroom has bunk beds for the kids and there is a pack & play. There is a second full bath with washer & dryer. A linen service is provided because we think that when a guest comes to stay, they shouldn't have to travel with sheets and towels so we provide those to make your stay easier and more comfortable. If you decide to bring your own linens a credit will be given to the total amount you have been charged for your stay! Off the dining area is a large screened in porch to enjoy and a side deck for cooking out. Other amenities include a 40'' flat screen cable TV, a Smart TV, internet and central AC. Close by in Harwich is Red River Beach or head to Chatham to South Beach where you can see the Chatham Lighthouse. Hardings Beach & Ridgevale Beach are also in nearby Chatham. For your convenience there is an outdoor shower to use after your beach outings.

The house is very clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The neighborhood was really nice and we enjoyed the screened in porch which had a great breeze and was relaxing. The property owner let us know when the property would be ready.

We were looking for a central location in a quiet neighborhood in Cape Cod, and this rental filled the bill. We appreciated the kitchen that had all the dishes and utensils that you would need. The linen service was great with plenty of towels. Communication was timely and clear. Easily reached all sites from this location.

We enjoyed staying at this home as it was comfortable and well-equipped, in a quiet neighborhood. We loved the screened porch and the layout of the house makes it feel larger than it is. It is a great house for 2 couples and 2 kids, but the bunk beds are not great for adults or tall teens. The array of beach supplies was wonderful and is great when coming from out of town. We also appreciated having linens supplied. We were surprised to see that 2/3 of the outdoor grill surface was covered with rust, but I guess that will be taken care of in the future. The house was clean, but the area rugs could have used a cleaning. The host was very responsive with a few other issues we had. Also, renters should be aware that although paper products are supplied, there is really just a starter set and not enough for a week, let alone the two weeks we rented. Despite concerns mentioned above, we were pleased overall with the property and would not hesitate to recommend it to others.

We found this property to be pretty central to all Cape activities and it was perfect for our family of 5. Linens were a definite plus! Overall we loved our stay and would 100% stay in this home again.

The comfy house was as described, cozy and comfortable. Screened back porch was a nice gathering area, evenings were a bit breezy. The BBQ nice touch we used it a lot. House is in a central location to all places we were seeking to visit with our first trip to Cape Cod. We made a good choice! Thanks!

Was our first trip to the cape, this made a great base to get everywhere we wanted to go. Kitchen was in great shape and well stocked. The screened in porch was perfect for meals.

Had a wonderful stay. The house was clean with clean bedding and towels provided. Location was perfect as it is close to the markets and only a few minutes from Chatham. The kitchen is fully stocked with dishes and cooking utensils which made meal preparation a breeze.

We were very happy with this rental. It was very clean upon arrival and the linen service with sheets and towels was very convenient. The location was close to everything we needed and the home was well stocked with cleaning supplies and everyday needs. Having a washer and dryer was also wonderful! Melissa was proactive in her communication and was quite pleasant to converse with. The back porch is screened and the cleaning company does not service this area. It was covered with pollen and dirt when we arrived, but a quick vacuum made it quite plesant to use. We'd be happy to rent this home again in the future.

My wife and I stayed here with another couple and one of our adult children as we attended a wedding nearby. The home was clean and well kept. It was adequately stocked with anything that was needed. We were away at events most of the time and only wish that we had a bit more time to hang out here. But for a quick weekend or longer, it was just fine! In addition, we left some clothes behind in a closet and the owner and property manager were extremely accommodating in ensuring that we were able to get our clothes back. And I would add that the owner Melissa rapidly and thoughtfully responded to every email I sent her. Would easily stay here again!

The house worked out great for us as we were in town for some striper fishing. The location was very convenient being just a bit off the highway. Grocery store was also only a few minutes away. The outdoor grill was very convenient as well. The inside of the house was clean and provided enough sleeping space for 5 men. If back in the area again, I would stay here.

This place was just right. We attended Oysterfest with another couple and their two children. One bedroom had a king sized bed with a private bathroom, one had a queen size bed and the third bedroom had bunk beds, perfect for the kids. Would stay again. Thanks Bob and Amy

The property was conveniently located for us. We were unable to use the screened in porch as it had not been cleaned off. The house was generally clean however the rugs in both bathrooms were not and the toilet seat in the master bathroom was broken. House was very nice but needs a little TLC.
