About this house rental
Location
Ideal stay for those who love to take in the views, the house is situated on a bluff with encompassing views of the ocean. From the deck patio, observe the Puget Sound and views of the Seattle skyline.

1. From the yard, you'll see across the Puget Sound to the Space Needle
2. Private yard, gated, soak in the views from the deck
3. Rolling Bay neighborhood, quiet community, but walkable to the famous Via Rosa.
CLEAN:
1. We pay close attention to making sure the home is exceptionally clean and hypoallergenic. We use professional cleaners between guests.
2. This is a true vacation home, it's spacious and peaceful as we use this as our own vacation getaway as well
3. We like five star hotels, we keep the cleanliness to those standards, especially the bedding and furniture.
TECH
1. Wifi, internet, and xfinity
2. T.V. in the family room
OUTDOORS
1. 10 minute walk to Manitou beach
2. outdoor fire pit, is available for s'mores roasting
3. 10 minute walk to Rolling Bay Cafe, and Bay Hay and Feed (cafe featured in Sunset Magazine)

Bedroom One - (located upstairs) master bedroom with king bed and private deck with ocean views and full bathroom/river stone floored shower
Bedroom Two - main floor - guest room with full sized bed and separate 1/2 bath/clawfoot tub
Bedroom Three - main floor guest room with king sized bed and separate 1/2 bath/shower, and private deck to the backyard

This is by far the most beautiful property we have ever rented. The views are breathtaking, the house stunning yet comfortable. We appreciated that every bedroom had its own bathroom! The house is immaculate, and the hosts went out of their way for us, including providing a beautiful welcome basket. We can’t wait to come back.

Absolutely stunning views that the listing doesn’t do justice. Great house. Very comfortable for family of four with two teenagers needing separate space. Easy walk to Rolling Bay for food, and barely ten minutes to Winslow for everything else.

Our main priority was the best view possible from Bainbridge Island, and that’s what this home features. From almost any room you have a spectacular view of the coast line and Puget Sound. The master bedroom and outside balcony were masterfully sited. The home was comfortable inside and out.

Our host is always welcoming and we appreciate this. A number of new, little comforting touches were tasteful additions. I also appreciated the improved lamps and furniture layout.Leaving this property always come with the weight of regret. I find this perch along Puget Sound to be the most healing and rejuvenating of anywhere I have traveled. I also seem to get a phenomenal amount of work done with a flood of new insights that are always welcome. I will look forward to returning again and again.
