The place was basically nice, beds were comfortable, pool & spa was great. Furniture was a bit banged up in general, paint peeling, some water damage, the dining room chairs need reupholstered, and the little silver tables in the master need to just be tossed. The place looked pretty clean but it was hard to tell because there were dead ants (live ones, too) all over the place. In every corner, on every surface, every crack, gap, all along the baseboards, in every room, in the bathtubs, etc. I’m not exaggerating when I say there were millions of ants in this place, and daily more would accumulate along the edge of the rooms. They were not all dead either, my daughter said one was crawling on her when she was scrolling her phone before going to bed. I found some still crawling in my bathroom. I dropped my contact putting them in and of course there was an ant stuck to it when I picked it back up. Other than the ants, it was suitable, comfortable, and acceptable, was an easy drive to all Disney Parks. There was no hand soap or any toiletries, a little bit of kitchen necessities were given, just fyi you’ll need to hit Walmart or Walgreens. I’d consider staying there again but I’d definitely be asking about the current state of the ant situation.

It was very nice perfect for my family the kids kids loved it actually want to move to Florida.I loved the master bedroom I was able to relax and sleep and I loved the privacy of the pool area the only things that I could could say were bad was the pool and jacuzzi were not clean cause we found long brown hair clumps and also the small red ants by every tub and sink but it is a lovely home thank you f

Overall the property was as advertised. The locations was close to attractions. The owner and property manager responded to all inquiries in a timely manner. Instructions for check in and check out were easy. We appreciated the booklet of property information. There is apparently an ant infestation. However, once notified, pest control was sent out. The home is nice but could use some slight upkeep such as fresh paint, etc. Thank you for sharing your home.

We stayed while visiting Disney. The property was close to the parks and that was lovely. The pool was nice. The beds where comfortable. The twins beds were just okay. If you have little kids 3-14 they work. The game room was sort of hot because it was in the garage. Still great we simply used it at the end of the day. We did have a minor problem with ants. However the property manager got pest control asap. The neighbors were nice and the community was quiet. We would stay again!

Was very spacious and had everything we needed for our family of 6. The kids enjoyed the pool/spa after a long day at Disney. It was sometimes uncomfortable only being allowed to have the AC at 73. Even during the nighttime, after 100* days, it gets hot! The master bedroom tvs speakers sounded like they were blown so we didn’t get to use it while winding down. Overall though it was a comfortable stay.

This place is in a perfect location to get to all the parks! It was well stocked with necessities for cooking meals and PLENTY of room for a family of 7. Instructions for checking in and out were super clear and easy. There's several restaurants and shopping close by as well. The doors have alarms even when the security system is disarmed which is an awesome added protection to the pool fence when you have young children. This is a great home for your family trip.

My family could not have been happier with our stay. The location is 12 minutes from Disney. The pool and heated hot tub after a long day at the parks was absolutely amazing. I had kids 6 and 9 as well as two 21 year olds and my spouse and we had just the best family vaca ever. I would recommend this location to ANYONE staying in Orlando especially if going to Disney or universal or sea world. It’s a great place to get away from the chaos of the day and unwind. If there was a rating above 5 stars I would give it.

The property was just as described. We were only here for 2 nights but would definitely rent again.

Excellent communication with manager. Few issues, we were missing items from kitchen and pool cleaner however they replaced what was missing within the hour. We had small ants crawling around bathroom and kitchen, messaged owner and within 30 minutes pest control was at the home. Overall loved the outdoor area however cleanliness of home wasn’t great.

The property was conveniently located close to all Disney Parks. Comfortable and clean. Pool and spa were very nice. We didn’t really cook, but the kitchen appeared well equipped. Towel supply was very nice. We would definitely stay again!

The house was clean and comfortable but when we were outside trying to enjoy the weather and the pool and hot tub we paid extra to heat, the families just a few feet behind the nice privacy fence, sounded like a daycare had been let out for recess and had no supervision at all. Just screaming, shouting and crying and out of control (where's the parents?) When we had about enough of listening to that, we retreated to the game room which had no balls for the foosball table, no puck for the air hockey table and no chalk and a cracked stick which had been taped together for the pool table. So we went to play Yahtzee at the kitchen table and the lightbulb for the light over the table was blown and no backup bulbs to replace it with, but there was a main kitchen light which was good enough to see. After the screaming children had apparently retired for the evening around 9 pm, sometimes later, we wanted to go for a quiet night swim and found the pool light didn't work and it was too dark and would have been dangerous for that. The hot tub did have a light that worked, so we did use that a couple times at night to relax. Reached out to owners with no response so we contacted maintenance, and a pleasant woman came over with a ball for foosball and a tiny puck for air hockey that was not big enough for that table (at least it was something) said she had no pool chalk and or lightbulbs and she would have someone come the next day with the bulb and chalk and they would fix the pool light. Next day came and went and nothing. My wife left a message for maintenance the following day and they never bothered to respond at all the rest of the week. For what we paid to rent the house for the week, really unacceptable... but what can we do once we've paid already? The TV did have many options for movies and they did leave laundry, dish and bath soaps and a scour sponge for dishes which was helpful, but we didn't really go from upstate NY cold and snowy weather to Kissimmee Florida sunshine to watch movies and we aren't there to go to the overpriced theme parks, we just like to enjoy the house we rent and play some adventure golf and enjoy all the dining options of the area. We go every February for a week for 7 years now and use VRBO for summer vacation rentals as well and you can see my other reviews, I always compliment the good things in the homes we rent and are top rated guests at every house we rent. Just want to be able to use what we pay for.

Great house, and kept clean. Only issue we noticed is there was no grill as mentioned under amenities in the listing. Would recommend again!

Amazing place for all families

Everything was as advertised! I have no complaints. I was a little nervous about bugs when I read the review complaining about roaches, but we didn't see any bugs at all! The pool was great and hot tub was amazing after long days at the parks! We would definitely stay here again!

We enjoyed our stay at this house. My only negative would be the house is surface clean but could really use a deep clean The pool area needs a good pressure wash.

I rented from 12/15-12/18. This has been my worst experience ever! We check in on 12/15, I come in to go lower the AC & I see a note that the unit can not be lowered below 72, which truly bothered me as we sleep with the house at 69. Nowhere on the booking did it state that the AC unit couldn't be lowered below 72, if so I wouldn't have even rented this home which would’ve prevented the bigger problems after getting there. I go over to the kitchen to put drinks & snacks away to find roaches in the fridge. Also, some type of bug on one of the beds. I reached out to the host through VRBO, tried contacting the numbers listed which said the magic customer you are trying to reach was not working. My kids were freaking out that they didn’t want to stay because of the bugs. My husband killed all the bugs & looked around the beds to make sure there were no more. Frustrated I contact VRBO customer service explained my situation, & that I couldn't even reach the host. VRBO said they were going to try to reach the host. After about 15 minutes on the phone with VRBO, I get a message from the host through VRBO saying that there is no way there is roaches to please send pictures. I told the host "sure if you can give me a working number since the ones listed don’t work". He provided me with a cell number, I sent the videos and pictures. At that point, I was offered a refund if I wanted to check it out at the moment which was after 9pm or $200 refund & the property manager would come out the next morning with pest control. I told him I would stay since my 2 littles ones had fallen asleep already & needed to wake up early for the parks the next day. The next morning they came over, we’re checking around and spraying poison. We left the manager at the home as we left to the parks for the day with our family. We get back to the home around 12:45am & find a roach walking around the top of the counter, little roaches walking on the kitchen floor and walls. I had enough & write again to the host through VRBO about finding a roach on the kitchen counter the minute I got back to the property that we would be checking out early on Saturday instead of Sunday, would like a refund for the last night as obviously I had no intention to check out early if it weren't for the roaches. Next morning we woke up, started to pack, cleaned my car then left. The host never apologized for the roaches still being there & denied the refund for the last night as I didn't leave by 10am.

We visit Orlando once a year and always look towards renting one of Michel’s properties. The service and customer support is unparalleled. Always a pleasurable experience. Nice and clean! And the pool is well heated and includes all amenities. Looking forward to our next trip.

Accomodations were great for what we needed but the beds, all of them, were not good. Kids beds were practically flat with springs and adult beds and pillows were not good either. Otherwise it should accomodate everything you need.

First off very nice area to door dash and earn money on your stay I made a lot of money in those 2 days I was there lol…. The master bedroom was very very nice loved the game room and cleanliness of the house definitely will be booking again for thanksgiving

It was great for our family lots of space and privacy

The home is very clean, spacious and has all the amenities stated. It's in a quiet neighborhood and we all felt safe. The decor was modern. The distance to Universal was further than we thought (approx. 30 minute drive with normal traffic). Also, we were a group of seven adults (18+). The twin beds are fine for anyone under 10 yrs. old, but, for 18-21 the mattresses were uncomfortable. May be time for an upgrade or thick mattress pad (could feel the springs). Also, we had the pool/spa heated which was wonderful at night. Beach towels would have been an added plus! Extra bath towels would be great too. Overall the house was a great stay for families going to the parks and the games in the garage made for additional entertainment.

The space was great. Nice pool. It felt like home. Great communication with the owners. Could use some new furniture in a couple rooms but overall very nice house.

It was really great vacation for us. House was way better than what we expected. Close to shopping centers, and Disney. My little daughter loved the pool. We were gonna stay a week only but we extended 4 more days. Michel was really helpful with it. I really recommend this property to anyone who wants real good time in Florida.

Check in was smooth and easy but there was ants all around the pool the furniture and tvs needs to be updated and if you don’t like lizards that will be a major issue besides that everything was cool
