We will match our competitors rates. *UPDATED bathroom, furniture, and KING SIZE BED* Located in Barefoot Beach Resort Condos at Indian Shores an upscale waterfront condominium destination with garden view and ocean view. The five acre property has a wonderful view overlooking the intra-coastal waterway and the beach is a short 100 steps away. Right next to Salt Rock Grill. This is a 2 bedroom with 1 bath condo, facing the ocean, located on the 2nd floor, offering a sunroom with a queen sleeper sofa, could be a 3rd sleeping area, and many upgrades. The condo is tastefully decorated and rented fully furnished with upscale furnishings including Broyhill furniture, Pottery Barn comforters, Black out curtains in both bedrooms and in the living/dining area, porcelain tile throughout living area, granite kitchen counter tops, GE appliances, Insta-hot hot water on demand, ceiling fans, soft sheets and plush towels, workspace desk with Ethernet cable for internet access, free wifi, Playstation with games, and much more. Beach chairs, umbrellas, floats, and toys are in the condo available for use. There are also beach towels for use but they are not included in the cleaning fee. They must be washed and put away prior to check out or $25 will be charged to clean them. If one goes missing, there is a $45 charge. This condo unit is just steps from the heated pool with a large sundeck overlooking the relaxing quiet intra-coastal waterway. Coin Laundry facility is just steps away. Coins can be gotten at the rental office or there is an easy pay app that can be downloaded to pay for the use of the washer and dryer. Easy access to major roadways. The trolley stop is located at the property for low cost transportation to Clearwater, Johns Pass, St. Pete, etc. Email for more photos if needed. *Sorry but we can not accommodate renters under the age of 25 nor renters with children under the age of 5. * Prices vary depending on the dates. Unit is spacious and offers a King Bed in Master and Queen Bed in guest. Additionally, a pull-out sofa in the bonus room (kind of a Sun Room/separate entertainment area). Our only issues during our stay - a couple minor items not provided which would be helpful to have - some hotel-sized shampoo and soap, perhaps! When we arrived, we had not packed shampoo - and who travels with soap? Depending upon what you are looking for in a beach town - the area is fairly sleepy...more action farther South on Treasure Island/Madeira/St. Pete Beach. Enjoy!

Very close to the beach, nice easy walk. Loved that there was a wagon to carry our stuff to the beach. Pool was nice, water was cool but enjoyed hanging out by it.

Quite cozy. Spacious. Easy access to the beach. Pool was nice and big. One suggestion for the owner would be to have TV instructions. Especially in the master. Would stay again. Thank you!

Overall happy with our stay. Coffee maker has issues that led to my wife being burned when kitchen light quit working. Towel holder is junk. Toaster burns on one side. Pool was crowded and small. Did not use pool like we would have. Beach chairs are large and one was broken. Did not use heavy to carry chairs. Son would not be seen with the mirmaid boogie board .

The condo is beautiful and offers everything you’ll need down to beach chairs, toys & a wagon to pull them. The only thing I could have used was a travel coffee mug for the beach. Cross walk and beach access is right across from the community. My kids also loved the pool. There’s not a ton of restaurants within walking distance, make a reservation for Rock Salt before you travel if coming during a busy season. We ended up driving out for dinner more that I anticipated. The plus side to that is the beach was not crowded at all, and we were there at a really busy time! We would definitely book here again!

We have used this property twice already and I highly recommend for any family, beds comfy, beach chairs, umbrellas and towels handy. Walking distance to beach amd nice pool on property couldn't ask for more on your vacation

This Condo did NOT disappoint! Everything in pictures & listings is correct..We did not need anything except groceries.The complex is a wonderful place with only 2 stories. (No high rise)Note: you are on the second with steps! Overall GREAT!!

Property was as described in the listing. Unit was clean with very nice furnishings. All the amenities you need for your stay. Pool and grounds are very well maintained. The best is your only steps away from the beach and the most beautiful sunset you will ever see. We will be back to this resort.

Loved Barefoot Beach Resort and loved this condo. Perfect for our family of 5. Beds were super comfortable and all the necessities for the beach were provided and proximity / access to the beach was just what we were hoping for. We'd definitely be open to staying here again.

Nicely appointed condo. Convenient and short walk to the beach. Beds and pillows were so comfy! Love that there is no carpet. Kitchen is small but adequate. Kitchen utensils and appliances are good. I am a chef and prefer a few of my own "tools" so if thatvis you...you may want to bring yiur own Sautee pan, Chef knife, microphone. But overall the kitchen is well equipped! Pool was nice, lots of families and children so a little difficult to swim laps for exercise but found it was easier to do so in the earlier part if the day. Love the leather couches and tile floors. You won't be disappointed!

This was the perfect place for my friends and I to have our girls getaway! I always love staying in Indian Shores and this is the perfect budget friendly yet walking distance to the beach stay. I would recommend this place!

We stayed just 3 short nights & this condo had everything we needed. Plenty of towels, pool & beach toys, beach chairs, coolers, umbrella and even a cart to haul it all in. Condo was spotless & we’d definitely stay here again. Many close restaurants nearby and beach is a short walk.

Dawn was very pleasant and responsive to any questions I had. Everything about the rental process went smooth. The condo is beautiful and very clean! We had a wonderful relaxing week and can not thank her enough for sharing her property at paradise with us! The beach is my happy place, and I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again real soon! My granddaughter is five and there were lots of pool toys and beach sand toys also that she could play with. This was the best experience we have had and are looking forward to coming again.
