This is a three bedroom, three bath, three balcony condo. It is beautifully decorated and has all the conveniences to make your stay truly comfortable. The living room has a sofa sleeper, two swivel chairs and an additional chair to comfortably seat six. It has a 55 inch Samsung Smart TV with Surround Sound and a JVC Stereo system. We keep a supply of DVD movies on hand for your enjoyment. The dining table seats six and the breakfast bar seats an additional two. The queen size sofa sleeper allows this three bedroom unit to accommodate eight guests. We also have a pack n play available. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a high end mattress, and a 50 inch Samsung Smart TV. The en suite bath has a garden tub, separate walk in shower and double sinks in the granite vanity. The guest bedroom has a queen size bed, Samsung smart TV and DVD, and private ocean view balcony. The third bedroom is actually an efficiency apartment with king bed, lounge chair and ottoman, a 40" Samsung Smart TV and DVD. The kitchenette includes a table and chairs, microwave, small fridge and Keurig coffee maker. There is also a counter top ice maker. There is an en suite bath with garden tub. This efficiency can also be rented separately in the off season. The primary fully equipped stainless steel kitchen has everything from a French door refrigerator to a microwave, electric griddle, crockpot, combo Keurig/Coffee pot, toaster and blender. The unit is also equipped with a washer and dryer. The three balconies are all furnished, and directly gulf front. All three provide incredible views of Gulf Sunsets, and the beautifully landscaped pool area.
