Welcome to Ocean Inn unit number 205, located on the second-floor end unit of building number one. We offer a complete kitchen, a full bathroom, one bedroom and a pull out sofa bed both with new mattresses. The comfortable and newly decorated condo will meet all your home away from home needs as your vacation destination. Our condo unit sleeps up to 4 people with a new queen size bed in the bedroom and a queen size pull out sofa bed with new memory foam mattress in the living room. The property is dog friendly with a $35 per pet fee. The condo has a gated pool and free onsite parking. Located on the Isle of Palms, SC near the heart of the Front Beach. A short 2 block walk to the beach on paved sidewalks to a boardwalk that puts you right on the beach for fun in the sun or a 1/2 block walk to the restaurants, bars and shopping available on the Front Beach. Enjoy family dining at Luke and Ollies, Coconut Joe's to name a few or enjoy ice cream at Ben and Jerry's. If the nightlife is more interesting enjoy a rooftop bar, a laid back island bar or the famous Windjammer with live music. The Isle of Palms has wonderful beaches for sunning, swimming, surfing or just enjoying a walk. Rentals are available at the marina for paddleboards, kayaks, jet skis, and boats, deep sea fishing or parasailing. If you are a golf enthusiast Wild Dunes resort on the Isle of Palms has two world class golf courses. Historic Charleston, a 15 minute drive, offers award winning restaurants, museums, aquarium, carriage tours and shopping. The Charleston area also has Patriots Point where you can tour the York Town air craft carrier, plantations, Fort Sumter, Fort Moultrie to mention just a few. This condo and owner are new to VRBO however this unit has been a successful rental since 2003 with multiple returning guests.

Awesome place, small but awesome. The property was clean, well kept, and just what we needed for a weekend trip to the beach. Family of 4 with two dogs. The beach, shops, and restaurants is only a 5 minute walk. The condo is small but it was Amazing!!!!! Isle of palms is a fantastic spot. Larry the owner was awesome as well. Check-in was easy. Thank you Larry your home by sea is an awesome place. Thank you.

The property was in a very convenient location one block from a beach entrance. Lots of shops, restaurants and bars within walking distance. Dog friendly accommodations were very appreciated. The space was clean and provided fresh linens and fluffy towels. The property is older but well maintained. Enjoyed the on property pool as well. Larry was quick to respond throughout the entire process. Just wish we could have stayed longer.

Overall it was a great stay. Larry is super nice and communication was good. The kitchen and bath were adequate. Living area cute. Easy to keep clean. Location was great!! Near great little restaurants and just a short walk to the beach. The pool was small but nice and area quiet.

This was the perfect little condo for myself and 2 kids (ages 12 and 9). Ac got nice and cold and had all the amenities to cook food while there. The proximity to the beach and restaurants was the best part for us. Parked our car in the condo parking lot and didnt have to drive anywhere the whole time. Was even a gas station in walking distance. Communication with the owner was quick and helpful. Would definitely stay again.

This stay was great! Clean condo, lots of space, perfect location. Walkable to grocery store, coffee shops, ice cream, bars and of course the beach! Host was very responsive and helpful, and listing was very accurate! Will definitely come back!

This second floor condo was perfect for 2 people and could have accommodated 4. The mini kitchen had all the essentials. We didn't need these, but note there is no dishwasher and no blender. It has refrigerator/freezer, pots, pan, casseroles, dishes, coffee maker, toaster, oven, stove. The passthrough window between the mini kitchen and dining area was handy as a shirt pocket since we cooked a few of our meals. Otherwise we would have had to go up and down the steps multiple times just to get food to the table. I needed to stay up late a couple of nights to laptop work, so it was nice to have the pull out bed/couch in the living room. Thankful to have great WiFi too! The beach was not terribly crowded and a good little 2 block walk with plenty of sidewalk and boardwalk. Restaurants were within walking distance. We went to Papi's and The Dinghy. We drove the 15-20 minute drive into Charleston and went on a tour, explored the city, shopped at the market the first day, had a couple of beach days, and to beautiful naturistic Charlestown Landing the last day, which was about 30-35 min away from the condo. I definitely recommend!!! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Very nice and quiet set of units right off the beach in Isle of Palms. The unit was clean and ready for us early and was exactly what my wife and I expected. Larry communicated with us throughout the entire process and was a great host. While we may not be back for a while, we will be back.

We were there for a week. Very comfortable 2nd floor condo. Very comfortable unit for 2 adults. The location was great. Quiet neighbors. Afforded lots of privacy, yet easy access to restaurants and beach. Laundry service was within 50 feet. Pool looked attractive but cool weather kept us from using it. Host was super easy to work with. Would stay there again.

Larry’s place was perfect. Close to everything…beach, restaurants and a great coffee shop with delicious croissants just steps away. Isle of Palm, as well as the accommodation, very dog friendly. We couldn’t have asked for more.

This was a great place to stay for the weekend for both my husband and me as well as my mother and stepfather – plus our two dogs. The fact that it was dog-friendly was a HUGE bonus (and the whole area is full of pups, too). Perfect for a quick, no-fuss beach getaway with proximity to everything, and check-in was simple/straightforward as it could be. Thanks, Larry!

Perfect temperature and location. Condo short walk to beautiful quiet beach to take long walk or read a book. IOP is very dog oriented and this condo allows dogs. I was without a car for one day but could walk to delicious restaurants, grocery, fish market and shops. All in all, a very relaxing trip and wonderful accommodations.
