Located in Lincoln Beach, this charming house for $200 per night is a great choice for your next trip. LINCOLN BEACH is centrally located 10 mi S. of Lincoln City and 3 mi. N of Depoe Bay. Our home is located off the end of a quiet cul de sac facing the ocean with no traffic and safe for kids to play. The upper Main level 2200 sq feet. Which gives a great expansive. The lower level is unfinished/not available at this time. We have a birds eye view of whales, crabbing whake watch boats. Watch for the whale watching boats. Binoculars available for your use. This is a quiet stretch of coastline to explore, and is an excellent choice for watching winter storms. We have a few whales that live full time in Depoe Bay. Surfing , fishing and whale watching, kayak tours. Depoe Bay is known as the whale watching capital of the world and smallest navigational harbor. Fogarty Creek State Park and day use area 5 min. Fishing rock state park a must to explore. Also close by is D River in Lincoln city. the worlds shortest river and D lake. Which also has water activities available. We have lots of activity brochures ( in kitchen drawer.) available for planning your activities. Downtown Depoe Bay is a tiny beach town known for having the smallest navigable harbor in the world and home to the Coast guard. Storms bring large sprays of water onto the hiway. Fishing rock state park is a 5 min drive. Depoe Bay offers multiple fishing charters and whale watching excursions. We have 2 lg decks. All bedrooms have lg closets. 2 lounge chairs w cushions ( stored in primary bedroom closet) TVs in 2 bedrooms. Pack n Play and high chair is available for infants. Cardtable, 2 leather sofas, swivel rocking chair and 1 recliner for plenty of seating. dining table can seat 8. small kitchen table in nook seats 2 plus seating for 2 at bar counter. footstool that convert to a tray .Protected partially covered deck w lights and bbq. Private beach access trail off the north side of driveway( please keep the chain closed after you) which connects to a public trail . This path involves some minor physical ability. Primary Bedroom w ocean view and attached 3 piece bath. Sliding patio door w screen onto a deck with 2 lounges. Air conditioning . Bedrooms have emergency fire escape ladders. washer and dryer. Foosball table, corn hole. . The large covered deck also has 2 picnic tables /chairs.. No handicapped /senior accessibility to beach. Please remove shoes /clean dog feet of sand etc before entering There are old towels in Garage for this. PETS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON BEDS OR FURNUTURE. PLS. single dwelling 2200 sq ft upper main floor and garage. Lower level living area is currently unfinished and not available at this time. will be in the near future.

We're from California and decided to get our daughter, who is at Oregon State, and spend a few days on the Oregon coast for Thanksgiving. The house was perfect for walks on the beach, Scrabble games in front of the living room window with gorgeous sunsets and ocean views, and for watching the Civil War game on TV Friday night. The fireplace also made the place very warm and cozy.

A nice weekend. A hot tub was listed on the amenities but the house does not include a hot tub, a little disappointed about that but overall the house was great.

Our family of six stayed two nights at this great home with amazing views. There are great spaces for seating whether you are in the living, dining rooms or out on the deck. Each couple had their own bedroom. I would like to see an upgrade on fry pans in the kitchen, only two very small and one medium pan. I would plan a trip to stay in this home again & suggest it to a friend as well. Thank you for making your home available to us.

Absolutely loved the view and the location - close to Depoe Bay for whale-watching and Lincoln City (we did glass-blowing at Lincoln Glass House).Sitting out on the deck was so beautiful. We had 8 adults and the top bunks were a little tough for us older folks. But we knew that ahead of time so brought a blow-up bed. The trail down to the beach was a bit hard for those with creaky knees but the directions for the property told us that ahead of time. The kitchen was well-equipped and we cooked so were grateful for that. Gail was very helpful and responsive. We really enjoyed our time and had a wonderful stay. Much thanks!

This house has a gorgeous view of the ocean. We stayed in late June. I saw grey whales from the picture windows! It is so close to Depoe Bay it makes dining and getting to Fogarty Beach really easy. The beach access was fine for most of our crew, but some did rate it as a work out to get back up the embankment. The beach was especially fun to walk at sunset and sunrise. So many interesting people. I loved this stay.

We had a wonderful Christmas here! There were even some decorations put up. Clean, comfortable and property owners were so wonderful. There was an ice storm and they made sure we got there ok. Easy to communicate with. Beautiful view.

The house was great for our family group, lots of room and well appointed. The location is excellent, nice view from the house and decks, an just a short walk to Lincoln beach. Our only suggestion is to replace the mattresses, they're a bit worn and uncomfortable, and the reason for the four, rather than five, star overall rating. That said, we'd be happy to stay here again.

We had a great time staying at this home. The view-wow! We loved being able to walk down to the beach, and there were even some wild blackberries to snack on along the way. Gail was very kind to reach out and coordinate a meet up, when we left some items behind. I'd stay here again.

Great views! Even with the tv on, you can’t help but look out the window. Short walk to the beach. They were up front about the beach path requiring some physical ability, so that was nice to be prepared for. Kitchen had everything that we needed. Enjoyed the close proximity of daytime activity options near the property.

Very accommodating home for our family of 9. Beautiful views from living room and both decks. Well equipped and very clean. Comfortable furniture. My only complaint is that the beds were a little soft for 2 adults in our party. I would definitely rebook this property.

This was a perfect place for our family to stay. Great views, house was a close 2 min walk to a great beach. Accommodations at the house were great. The kitchen had everything we needed, bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Outdoor deck was nice too. We will return.
