About this house rental
Located in Marco Island, this charming house for $568 per night is a fantastic choice for your next vacation. Bottom up remodel with new hurricane windows and sliders, and new HVAC systems with UV systems to kill airborne germs. New heated pool remodel with travertine decking and huge picture window pool cage. This 2600+ sq ft waterfront home boasts 4 bedrooms and 3 baths all on one level. The moment you walk through the door, you are greeted with views of the heated pool and ocean waterway to the Gulf of Mexico. The huge screened lanai keeps the bugs out but lets the sun in! There is also plenty of room on the new dock to sunbath, watch the sunrise and sunset, fish, or watch for the dolphins. If you visit at the right time, you can enjoy fresh mangos from our mango tree. Feel like hitting the soft white sand beaches? You may just want to jump on one of the four bikes in the garage and make the short ride. There is also a new dual bike trailer for the little ones or for hauling beach supplies. Beach amenities also include a cooler, wagon and beach chairs. You will find two paddle boards and life jackets as well, which are great for launching from the dock and viewing the neighborhood from the water! And of course, there are plenty of beach towels. You can also walk or bike to shopping, mini-golf, the movie theater, and fine dining. When you are ready to come inside, two king bedrooms and two queen bedrooms await you. Look forward to ample indoor dining and outdoor dining space! Three large Smart TV's with cable provide indoor entertainment for all - or enjoy a DVD, book or game. Have to do a little work? - slip away to the new office space! There are lots of activities at local marinas - fishing charters, boat and jet ski rentals, dolphin watching excursions, dinner cruises, and an express party shuttle to Key West. There are also lots of quaint shops and restaurants on the water serving the fresh catches of the day. Come and see what we love about Marco!

There where 7 adults and the home was just like the pictures showed plenty of space inside and out. Everything worked it was stocked with plenty of household goods.Didn’t want for anything.

This is our fourth time to Marco Island and by far our favorite house to stay. The hosts were so available and easy to work with. The house has everything you need and was very clean. We really enjoyed access to the Jet Ski lift for the paddle boards (included) and kayak that we rented. We are already looking into renting again next year! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

I would highly recommend staying at this house. The location was perfect! The house was comfortable, spacious, and accommodated the comfort of living while vacationing! The kids lived swimming at their convenience and in privacy, fishing off the dock, and hanging at the beach(which is a short 5 min ride). We would definitely stay again! We couldn’t have been happier with our stay. The property was everything as advertised. The street was nice and quiet. Everything was beautifully remodeled and we had access to every imaginable pool toy and beach toys. Mark and Sonya were very communicable and accommodating. We could recommend this property enough. Went Beyond our expectations.
Sonya and Mark were excellent host. Property was everything we expected plus more. Clean in and out, layout was perfect for our family of 7. We used the heated pool numerous times but also went to the gorgeous beach within walking distance. We loved walking the neighborhood in the mornings before we were busy with our family. Sonya went way beyond by having a Christmas tree and ornaments that our small granddaughters loved for the Christmas season. We are looking forward to spending more time in their lovely home.

Wonderful three week visit
We have rented several properties on Marco Island over the years and this is one of our favorites. The house was very clean and comfortable. We loved the open and well-equipped kitchen. The office was a bonus for remote work. The lanai and pool area had a nice balance of sun and shade. We also enjoyed meals on the the deck table outside the lanai. The hosts answered all our questions promptly. Finally, the location is ideal—close to the beach and easy access for boaters or in our case, paddle boarders to the gulf. My husband paddled out to the gulf most days.

We couldn’t have asked for a better house.
It was clean, totally updated and in a great location. The pool and dock were beautiful.
The hosts were responsive and very easy to work with. The kitchen has all the amenities anyone would need! We enjoyed the paddle boards, bikes, beach toys and beach chairs.

Fabulous Stay
We had a great time in Marco Island. We traveled with 2 jetskis and a boat and we found this house to be very accommodating for the use of these equipments. The house has quick access to the ocean. We visited Keewardin Island in various occasions and we highly recommend it. We also visited Cape Romano by boat and jetskis. The beach is close to the house but we always used the cars to go, and parked in the parking lots. The layout of the house is great for two families. We each had a side, and the common areas are spacious and very well designed. I fell in love with the mango tree. Those mangoes were heaven! There are a couple of little things that need some TLC but that didn't impede that we had a great time and would love to come back again soon. Thanks Mark and Sonia for trusting us with your beautiful house.

Family vacation
Our family of five had a wonderful week staying on this beautiful property, plenty of space for each of us to roam around. Dolphins visited us out at the dock almost every morning. I loved having access to the paddle boards, we all frequently took trips during the day while in and out of the pool. House was very clean and had plenty of towels and cookware for homemade dinners. Owners were very attentive to us if we had any questions during our stay. We’d love to come back and revisit!

Our family loved our week here! The dock was beautiful as was the canal location! Dolphins were frequent visitors. The owner communicated often and was extremely friendly and I enjoyed our conversations! Very enjoyable!

We had a great time staying at this charming house with everything you need. Our family rented this great house the
last week of January 2020 the layout with 2 bedrooms on each side of the house with a common living kitchen area in the center was perfect. We had grandchildren with us and they could go to bed early and not be disturbed , the rest of us
could stay up in the living area or around the pool. In term of
location it was nice using the paddle boards right from the dock and yes we saw dolphins swimming by! It was a short trip to the beach and the house had all the beach toys you need
(except an umbrella for the little ones, which we purchased at the beach store) Overall it was a great house in a great location and we are looking at renting next year we can not wait to be back at Marco!!!!!

Wonderful time on Marco Island
Our family really enjoyed our stay here for almost two weeks. The layout of the house, the pool and the dock were all high points. The beds were also super comfy, which is great. Owners respond quickly and are very helpful.

Great water location on Marco Island
Sonia and Mark were extremely responsive to our needs during our trip. The house is in a beautiful friendly neighborhood located close to the beach, restaurants and shops. The dock is incredible - we sat out morning, noon and night. The pool was clean and warm, perfect for my teenage kids to enjoy a dip. We enjoyed having 4 bedrooms with 3 baths for our family to spread out and have their own space. The beds were very comfortable . We used the chairs and wagon at the beach which was wonderful to have at the house! Overall a great vacation!
