About this condo rental
Nestled in Ocean City, this attractive condo for $645 per night is a great choice for your next break. Located on the north end of the island next to a public park, you will be able enjoy the incredible views from this location, as well as having room for “little ones” to play. This home is DOUBLE the size of many rentals in Ocean City. This luxurious unit offers parking for four cars, has an elevator, and has two junior master suites as well as a full master suite. Luxury abounds with the hardwood floors throughout and has been appointed with many nice furnishings. It is located on the 3rd and 4th Floor of the building, with our neighbors owning the first two floors. There is an elevator from our entry on the ground floor to our first floor. There are sleeping in beds for a total of 10 people (including all children), which would include two per bed. The maximum occupancy is 10 for everyone, including children. You will be responsible for your own sheets, pillow cases and towels. Pillows are provided. For those who care to use it, there is a bed linen and towel rental company listed in our amenities, under towels & linens. There is plenty of room for your guests and great space to entertain. The main porch is almost a private oasis with the park and trees from next door and there is a bar area that is adjacent to the spacious kitchen. There are FIVE MORE decks/porches on the two floors -- many of which are either wooded views or private. Each bedroom has access to a deck – most of which are private to that bedroom only. There are tv’s in each bedroom and wireless internet access throughout. One bedroom functions as a spacious office, if you don’t need all the bedrooms. The kitchen features stainless steel appliances and offers enough room for several cooks or bartenders all at the same time. Granite counter tops add to the beauty of the kitchen area. We include 10 beach tags for your enjoyment during your stay with us. We hope that you will be our guests at this very special and unique home! We really hope that lasting memories are created here and that you will be coming back year after year. We rent by the WEEK only, Saturday at 2 pm to Saturday 10 am. No daily rentals or additional days can be added, just weeks. There is NO SMOKING anywhere on the premises. This home is not rented for High School or College Senior Weeks. Pets are not permitted in or on the premises, NO exceptions. NONE. Owned by a PA licensed real estate broker.

Our experience was amazing from start to finish. The owner was very responsive and accommodating and the home had all the space and amenities we were looking for. Many more supplies were provided than other rentals in the area. They even had a high chair for the baby!

We had a great time at this location! It was centrally located just a short walk to several restaurants and the beach. It is a very unique house for a beach property with tons of space and is very well cared for. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay in Ocean City, NJ. Our family had a great week!

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time renting this property. The house was clean and orderly with an abundance of space. We never felt crowded or on-top of each other. The house had every pot/pan/utensil that we could need for meals, and Rick had instructions for nearly everything helpfully printed throughout the home. There were even some blocks and children’s books in the home, which the kids loved.
The property was in a perfect location; we were so close to everything that we barely used our cars. We cannot speak more highly of Rick and Judy’s property and hope to rent it again someday.

The property was beautiful and spacious and allowed our family to spread out comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked and provided us everything we needed to cook meals when eating in. The location was close to beaches, shops and boardwalk. We really enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful home in a great location on the North end of OC close to the shops on Asbury , boardwalk and beach The home is well appointed , very comfortable and nice for families that want space . It’s great to not have to worry about parking with the garage and driveway spaces . Rick was a wonderful host and everything was labeled with directions for use . We would be very happy to visit this home again and make it a summer tradition for our family !

Fabulous Home!

Beautiful Home in Ocean City
Rick's property was beautiful and elegant, and not a typical beach house. However, it did have all the amenities such as an outdoor shower and hose. The house is spacious with 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, and a well-appointed kitchen. As with most shore rentals, sheets and towels are not supplied, and that was clearly stated. Coming from CA, it is a bit different than we would have expected, but the norm for shore houses. You must also supply your own hair dryer, as they are not provided,. That is also typical, as I was told. It was a 10-15 minutes walk to the beach, and there is a Bennie's and many other restaurants nearby,
All in all, a very beautiful, comfortable house with many outdoor decks/porches. Thanks Rick & Judy!

The rental was amazing and very spacious. There was plenty of room for 5 adults and 4 children to live and play together and apart as needed. The beach is a 10 minute walk as well as the boardwalk. We very much enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this rental!

Classic & Memorable Ocean City Experience
Spent three fabulous weeks at Rick’s property. Generations of family and friends reunited and reconnected at our favorite family resort.
Rick’s home was spacious, clean and comfortable with ample space for everyone. It was the perfect gathering spot for dinners and small celebrations. The decks throughout the house are amazing additional spaces.
Both Rick and neighbor, Maryellen were responsive and extremely accommodating. It felt like Maryellen was my own neighbor.
The house location is great…close to everything, but away from commercial noise and crowds. The neighborhood felt more residential than other OC areas which I prefer as we spent many years in the Gardens.
The private parking was a big plus, as we had visitors who could park without problem and the garage housed my father’s vintage convertible during our stay.
Everyone was very comfortable in this home away from home. We look forward to coming back next year.

With extended family visiting from out of state, this was the perfect spot for our Jersey Shore vacation. The property is both spacious and immaculately maintained with an obvious pride of ownership. You can walk to the beach, coffee shops, restaurants and town - and you are less than half an hour from Atlantic City.
There are 4 full baths - never any argument regarding occupancy! Highly recommended.

425 Wesley Vacation Rental
The property was comfortable but the elevator had some issues that made me feel hesitant to use it. Most significantly, I took offense at the Inventory Listing of every item in the property, including small plastic spoons/cups and every dish and towel, and the frequent threats posted throughout the unit that we would be charged for any missing or damaged items. I felt as if I was being targeted as a potential thief and I resent that. I don't feel any additional comments will be helpful but it's unlikely that we would return to this property.

Excellent rental house for a large family!
This home is large, lovely and well located for a family! Teens can walk to the beach or boardwalk on their own without crossing the busiest streets. There are numerous porches to accommodate quiet reading and time apart. Parking for 4 vehicles (garage and driveway) is a big plus! It was easy to rent linens and beach equipment, and there's an outdoor cupboard filled with sand toys for the little ones. Kitchen was well stocked with equipment (although I would have appreciated knowing in advance that I needed to bring salt and pepper, a sponge, and windex to clean the big glass table). The elevator was very much appreciated for hauling luggage and supplies up to the 3rd floor living area. Furniture was comfortable, and there are plenty of bathrooms. The laundry was very handy! My only other suggestion is to add some sliders to the bottoms of the porch furniture feet. We tried hard to heed the instruction to not drag the furniture across the porch floors because they had recently been painted, but this is virtually impossible to get 10 and 12 year olds to remember - and the chairs were substantial and heavy. All in all this was a great place and we all highly recommend it!!!

Family vacation
My family and I had a great time at Rick’s property. The house is huge and great for a family of 10! The location is also great and an easy walk to the beach! We appreciated that there was a high chair and also toys and games for kids. Our family also loved eating all our meals outside on the main porch! We look forward to staying here again!

Beautiful and Extremely Comfortable
This home was a spectacular destination for my husband's 70th birthday celebration. We were able to provide luxurious accommodations for our two daughters and their families, along with two friends, and everyone was charmed by their rooms, the great rooms, the balconies, and the comfort they afforded us all. The home is beautifully decorated and maintained - the elevator makes loading in and out a pleasure. We spent hours on the beach and on the boardwalk in Ocean City, and the children were thrilled with their visits to Wonderland Amusement Park. We were happy to find the restaurant John and Patty's on Asbury - great breakfast and affordable dinners. In all, an exciting week spent in Ocean City! Thanks Rick!!

Spacious and beautiful vacation home
Our family of eight adults, 1 toddler and 1 infant had a wonderful stay in this beautifully appointed home. Although the furnishings are elegant, we were very comfortable and they even had a child sized table and chair set both in the livingroom and on the deck....accommodating for all ages. We so appreciated the elevator as both my husband and I have knee issues. The owner was very responsive to any questions we had and the downstairs neighbors were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the boardwalk and shuffleboard, just a short walk from the house. We would love to return in the future.

The best family vacation ever!
What a wonderful vacation at 425 Wesley in Ocean City. The house was beautiful, spacious and very comfortable for my family of 8 plus two babies under 6 months. We made good use of the high chair---and the suite room accomodated the pac n play perfectly. Also the other room on the second floor was roomy enough for baby two (too)! The laundry room doubled as a bottle station for the formulas and also for bathing babies. It was a perfect set-up. We were very comfortable in the living and dining areas......and kitchen as well. My husband and I were like the king and queen upstairs in the elegant master bedroom with the great balcony attached. Everyone enjoyed their own balconies as well. Rick was very amiable, attentive and quick to respond to any concerns and questions I had prior to the trip. All in all----it was a stellar week and one that we will be reminiscing for a long time to come.

Ocean City, NJ Great Time
My wife family had a family reunion here it accommodated about 40 adults and children, the house was so large the kids had a play room in one of the bedrooms. Lots of stairs, like most of Ocean City, but the elevator was a back saver.
The reunion was on a Sunday the rest of the week there were 6 adults and 4 kids 5 and under no one got on each others nerves because of the size of the house.
Would recommend this house especially for a large group.

The house was well maintained. Beds were comfortable, and there was plenty of room.
We had a wonderful stay! There was plenty of room for the 4 small families we had staying here for our vacation. Our only concern was ants in the kitchen were found when we arrived. However, after I contacted the owner it was taken care of immediately. The location was great too. We could walk to the shops on Asbury, the beach, and boardwalk. We would rent again. Thanks!

great summer week
First of all I have to apologize to Rick about a prior review of mine. The review was correct but I wanted to give 4 stars and only one star appeared. Don't know how that happened.
We had our annual family get together with children and grandchildren and had a great time at a great place. We would not have returned if it was a one star quality place.
TV sets were upgraded to flat screen, although tv time was minimal as most evenings were spent on the porch and there was no world cup games on. Suggestions for improvement: the study room especially could use some window treatment to allow sleeping in later than dawn.
The location makes it easy to get to beach and downtown, so we could go our separate ways on foot without using cars. The large porch is especially inviting as it overlooks the quiet park. The farmers market held on the grounds of the nearby Church grounds is also a nice diversion during the week. Having multiple floors allows more privacy with a large group of ten. We had a great time despite the cold ocean water that week of 59 degrees (late June) but I understand it warmed up rather quickly after we left.

We had a great time on our vacation this year. The home is just beautiful and very comfortable. We had beautiful weather.
Also, the rooms are large so everyone fits in them without being on top of one another. There are also so many places to go if you want some quiet time.
The kitchen is very well stocked.
In all, it's a great place to stay to make many happy memories.
