About this house rental
Cape style home with heated in ground pool located only a 4 minute walk to Sengekontacket Pond where you can kayak or paddle board for time on the water (2 kayaks and 2 paddle boards provided for your use).
The open floor plan with over-sized kitchen and dining table that seats 12 people which overlooks a sunken family room with big screen HDTV and fireplace make this an oasis for any size family. The fully finished basement with pool table, Foosball table, ping pong table and small den with TV and game station make this a great family hangout after dinner or diversion on a rainy day. The house is located only 1.9 miles to Main Street of Edgartown.
During high season minimum booking is a week (Sunday to Sunday)

Our stay was incredible. This is definitely a hidden gem that provided us with everything we needed. Beautiful, spacious home in a very convenient location. Owners are detailed and gracious, and were a pleasure to rent from. If I could give it more stars, I would!

Wonderful stay as usual! The home is very clean, comfortable and the host is very responsive and accommodating. The location is fantastic - close to a well-stocked Stop-and-Shop and minutes from downtown Edgartown.

Dean was a phenomenal, communicative host & the house was a wonderful place to spend a week with friends and family! Central location and the pool was amazing.

Perfect family vacation to celebrate my birthday. The house was perfect. Great big kitchen area to hang out in. The game room downstairs got plenty of use and the pool was perfect. Would definitely recommend this house. Easy access to all areas on the vineyard. Right on the bus route and bike path. We would rent this house again.
