Unit could use some updates, especially the rug in the living room and the bed comforters. The unit was relatively clean, but could use a better sweeping and the sheets on one of the beds needed to be washed. The second bedroom does not have a usable closet or dresser drawers so needed to use a hall closet to hang everything.The water pressure in the hall bathroom is very light, and the ceiling above this shower looks like there is a leak coming from above.Overall though, the apartment is a great location, the view in this unit is spectacular with nice furniture on the balcony. The management office was very responsive as was the maintenance crew. Nice, private pool on premesis and it was never crowded.I would stay at this location again, but might look for a different unit.

Check-in process was easy. The building itself was great. We were on the 2nd floor so view is a bit hindered by the dunes but still nice. The unit was clean as far as the floors and kitchen go. However, the living room furniture needs to be thrown out - the seats of the chairs were gray they were so dirty. The couch is a dark pattern so hard to tell so we just didn't sit on anything - only the balcony chairs. The master bed was beyond awful - like it was a discount store purchase of the cheapest mattress possible. Upon our arrival, I sent the management company photos of the broken shelf in the door of the refrigerator and the messed up patio blinds so they wouldn't try to charge us for damages we didn't do. I found extra pillows in a closet but there were no pillow cases for them. It would have been nice to have a table to sit at on the balcony. I would not rent this unit again - not worth the money.
