Good place and can be better in service.

I like the apartment and the area and the furniture and the location

I didn’t like the service team , they are not flexible and they don’t answer when you send them massages. Also the cleaning team was supposed to come twice and it didn’t.

Enjoyed our stay and will for sure book this place again for our next visits to Madrid

The apartment is on the first floor in a nice building, which is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood. There was a market & pharmacy right next door and a few groceries a block away. It was very big, clean and had a nice smell. The bedsheet and towels were very white and changed after a few days. We were a family of 5 and never had a problem with hot water. Wifi was ok. The apartment came with complete cleaning materials- vacuum cleaner, broom & dustpan, mop.

The kitchen equipment was ok but could have been more complete.

Superb location. roomy interior, quiet building.

Excellent location, spacious place, high speed internet, quiet building.

Building staff are rude, when asking where the apartment was, after red eye flight, the janitor didn’t bother; was playing games on the phone. Since this is an apartment (ie no front desk) there is no option to leave bags anywhere after checking out. The kitchen breaker kept switching off after operating kitchen appliances, a bit annoying.

Great place for families in madrid

Great place for a family of 2 adults and 3 children. The apartment is very big. The location of the apartment is at a very good neighbourhood.... 5 minutes walk from the Subway, there are a lot of restaurants, ice creams shop, decathlon, bull and bear shops around the apartment.

The kitchen and the leaving room is 10 meters away, but it was OK with us. The window's of the rooms from all the floors are all at the same patio - when the window is open you can hear the neighbours talking... If the windows close it is OK.

Great location

Location, spacious accomodation with excellent bathrooms

Small issues were A) toaster did not work at first use and tripped the circuit breakers and despite report could not be replaced in our weeks stay. B) despite being 3 bedroom apartment with provision for up to 8 guests there was only often multiple of 4 for most kitchen items eg glasses. C) the apartment supplied 2 wine bottle openers, one broken and the other ineffective and often corked bottles

Great place with loads of space.

It was very spacious and the facilities were amazing. the view from the balcony was stunning.

it was difficult to get into on the first night.

great location. great property.

this apartment is really well equipped for a family vacation. nicely located. very convenient to grocery store, shops, and restaurants. our host had prepared some snacks, water and wine upon our arrival. towel were brand new from Zara home. beautiful hand soap and other toiletries available. there was some washing and dishwashing machine soap available.

Great apartment

The apartment was in a great location. Close to the metro, bus stop. Supermarkets. Pharmacy. A lot of restaurants also nearby. Great quiet neighborhood. The beds were comfortable, very spacious living room and dining room. The kitchen had everything we needed, even a Nespresso coffee maker.

The only thing would be that the number of towels was exact to the number of people staying. No spare towels in case of emergencies...and the same happened with the toilet paper. We ran out. I am not being cheap, but there should be enough to last the entire stay.

sometimes the water from the shower wasn’t very hot, and also we could hear everything that happened in the apartment above us (from a baby crying and walking around since very early in the morning to people having music on)

Great location, good apartment overall. There is a weekly cleaning service which was useful.

We've stayed for a full month and paid a lot - at this duration and price tag, I would have expected to not need to go buy toilet paper, soap, etc. The kitchen and bedrooms are small and face an interior back yard.

Really nice place to stay, ideally equipped, highly recommended

Check-in easy and pleasant - Regina was in contact when we arrived and met us at the entrance. The apartment itself is spacious (a bit too spacious :)), clean, fresh and well equipped (washing-machine with laundry detergent, dishwasher with detergent, fully equipped kitchen). We loved the building itself (check another elevator area, on the right from the entrance - the elevator and the building are gorgeous). The apartment worked ideally for us. Bottle of wine was a nice touch as well.

I'd put the bigger matrimonial bed in master bedroom. And be careful with drain in a bathroom located closer to the kitchen (the water leaves very slowly, the drain fails, the water is on the floor). If you drain the water slowly, everything is OK. And we LOVED the bathrooms equipment and size, that's a treasure in the world of "all showers" Madrid (they have shower as well, if you prefer).
