Location is perfect but priced high for area.
Konke ownership needs to address the front desk staff. Cinthia and the next lady on the next shift were arrogant and discourteous. They don’t understand customer service. I could see through their facade of a smile. I don’t speak Spanish and they thought they could take advantage of that. A line formed helps to take care of 1 person at a time yet they felt it to be ok to pass over my request to check in to help Spanish speaking guest. I was fed up and they deserve to be terminated.
