Room was very clean with a comfortable bed and nice bathroom. Tea/coffee making facilities and supplies replenished daily. Small fridge provided with 2 bottles of water, also replenished daily.
Friendly welcome from Kyle who was prepared to explain the area to me (not needed as I used to live in Morecambe but I appreciated the thought)
Good location on the sea front with bus stops within a few minutes walk that would enable access to lots of different places.
Very quiet.
No breakfast provided but no complaint as this was made very clear during the booking process.

Lovely warm welcome, comfortable room, amazing view.
Nothing! Oh, maybe the tiny cup for tea (I prefer a bigger mug), but this is standard in hotels I think!
