The spacious living room and dining room open into a fully equipped kitchen.
The living room offers two large leather sectionals, a 65” TV and blue tooth surround sound speakers.
The dining table seats six, with an additional four seats available at the kitchen counter.
The kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a refrigerator with ice maker, a stove, oven, coffee maker, toaster, blender, glasses, dishes, and pots and pans.
This 1,236-square-foot condo features 2 bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms and comfortably accommodates up to six guests.
• Master bedroom: King-size bed and private bathroom.
• Second bedroom: Queen-size bed plus a set of bunk beds and private bathroom.
Each bedroom includes its own TV and private bathroom. The bathrooms feature tub/shower combinations, double vanities, and fresh towels.
For your convenience, the condo also includes a stacked washer and dryer, iron and ironing board, a beach cart and a rolling cooler.
This 1236 sq. ft. condo is located approximately 2.5 miles from I-59 on West Beach Blvd. near The Hangout.
Sanibel offers a pool, a baby pool, a workout area with a sauna and a grill area located near the outdoor shower.

I want to start by saying that the main reason for my 3-star rating was the maintenance work taking place during the very early morning hours. The condo itself was great, the balcony view was beautiful, and it was only a short walk to the beach.Our host, Alexandra Vera was excellent to work with and provided great recommendations for both lunch and dinner spots, which we truly appreciated.While we did enjoy many aspects of our stay, the ongoing maintenance disruptions negatively impacted our experience. On one occasion, a worker knocked once and then immediately entered the condo without proper notice, this was extremely frustrating and uncomfortable.
