About this condo rental
Located in Como, this lovely condo for $379 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. Charming and lovely apartment completely restored with all facilities to guarantee any confort during your stay. At your disposal 2 double bedrooms (one complete with en suite bathroom), a second design bathroom that include washing machine, a large living room and a brand new full equipped kitchen, including dishwasher. The apartment is on 1st. floor, located in a four tall building, with a wide elevator (comfortable for babies carriage and wheelchairs): is a great solution for families, friends or colleagues. Como old town is in a pedestrian area; car is not necessary; any place is easily reachable by foot: the lake, the ferries, railway station, shops, restaurants and all the beautiful churches and historical villas to be visited. There are at 100meters from home some payant park car. It's possible to use a special agreement with a parking at 500 meters walking, that give a ticket for 20€ available for 24hours. Principal railway stations can be reached walking: Como San Giovanni is about 1km, Como Nord Lago at 500 meters. Ferries boats departures is at 300 meters walking from home.

This place has everything to accommodate adults, kids and young toddlers. I stayed here with my husband, two boys (5 and 2) and mom (72) for three nights. We used the place as a base to explore the city center of Como and to travel to Bellagio. Great central location, close to shops/grocery store/ferry, with all the necessary amenities, including A/C, washer, kitchen items, and much more. This apartment was perfectly located on the old town, over a bakery/restaurant and a 30 second walk to coffee. We walked to groceries, the boat, the funicular, pizza and the churches and shops. The beds were comfortable and the shower was awesome. There was no downside to this apartment and I would highly recommend it!

We only had a short stay but it was perfect for ourselves and our two kids. Apartment is modern and spotless, right on a beautiful street in the pedestrian area of town. Wish we had more time there!

This two bedroom, two bath property is only the second property we have stayed at that is truly excellent in all respects. Ideally located a couple of blocks from the Duomo and with spacious, clean, modern bathrooms. The kitchen is also light-filled and we found it well-equipped for the occasional meal, including a DW. In one of the baths, a small washer which actually did the trick. There were many small touches such as washcloths with the towel sets, diffused aromatic oil in the bathrooms, a complete and helpful guide to Como in the LR - even for frequent visitors like us, and a welcome bottle of (good) Prosecco. The owner, Alexia, is kind, lively and responsive. This is a solid 2BR choice for travelers seeking a quality, convenient and comfortable stay in the beautiful city of Como.

Charming Como is the perfect location with easy access to everything in the city and on the lake. Alexia, the hostess is extremely knowledgeable and went above and beyond for everything! She is extremely responsive. Alexia gave wonderful recommendations for restaurants, things to do and even found us easily accessible to the apartment parking at the last minute! The apartment was spotless and extremely well appointed! I would not hesitate to recommend Charming Como and would definitely stay again! Thank you for a lovely break!

This is a wonderful apartment that matches the pictures. It is close to everything and a good base to explore the whole Lake Como area. Alexia is a very in touch and helpful host. Convenience does have a small price in noise at night.

Awesome trip and fantastic host!
Everything and more, we loved our stay! Alexis is a wonderful host and even picked us up from the train station. She showed us everything we needed to know for our stay and provided lots of info about the area prior to our arrival. This apartment is in a perfect spot within walking distance to so many things. We could not have asked for anything more and highly recommend this property. Very clean and well equipped. Thank you again Alexis!

We had an incredible week at this lovely home. Great location and a wonderful base from which to explore the Como area. Alexia was wonderful to communicate with and accommodated meeting us late on check in day and got us settled in and reviewed everything with us regarding the property. The home is indeed “charming” with anything you could possibly need. Everything from great restaurants to the train station and the lake itself are all within walking distance. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again and would recommend to any friends traveling to the area!!

Perfect in every way!
We stayed four nights in Alexia’s beautiful property. She was such an incredible host. She went above and beyond in every way to make our stay pleasurable. The location is right in the heart of everything with a lovely cafe downstairs and restaurants and shopping all around you. We can’t say enough good things about the property. The house was very clean and felt very safe. Stay here, you won’t regret it!!! Thank you so much Alexia for making everything perfect for our stay.

What a Wonderfull Property
We had a fantastic time in Como, and loved staying at Alexia’s property. She was so kind, helpful and responsive in advance, and is even more wonderful in person. We let her know when we would arrive and she was at the apartment to greet us when our taxi pulled up. The property is in a perfect location, and it was spotless and well appointed. We loved every minute of our visit to Como and would not hesitate to return to this property on future trips. Thank you, Alexia, for being such an incredible hostess and for providing the perfect accommodations for our visit to Como.

Wonderful stay in Como
We spent the first 2 nights in Italy in Como in this wonderful location! Alexia was so helpful and did everything to make our stay comfortable! We were traveling with two couples, so the two bedrooms and 2 bathrooms made it private and plenty of room for all. A nice bonus was a great bakery downstairs!!!

The apartment was excellent for 2 couples traveling together in Europe. 2 bedrooms. 2 full baths and a nice kitchen and sitting area. The location was perfect, right in the middle of old Como. May restaurants and shops nearby.The Lake Como boats are right down the street. The parking is a few blocks away but was manageable. Alexis was great to work with and her tour and restaurant advice was invaluable to people that haven't been to Como. We were all very happy with everything.

Simply stunning
The property was even better than the pictures portrayed. Thoughtful touches such as cold bottle of water and a cold bottle of Prosecco in the fridge as a welcome. Very comprehensive information folder provided which included lots of suggestions of cafes, restaurants and things to do. Pods for the washing machine and tablets for the dishwasher provided as were other cleaning products. The kitchen was amazing with all the utensils you could think of being provided. Crockery, cutlery and glasses all of a high quality. The location was fantastic! Step out the door to a beautiful bread and pastry shop. Everything in walking distance. The apartment was immaculate and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Como. Alexia our host was always available and responded to emails quickly. One of the best properties we have stayed in to date. Highly recommended.
