Ft. home located on Elk Lane right by the Village. -Dog Friendly ($50.00 non-refundable pet fee required at booking). -6 ADULT MAX ALLOWED (our home sleeps 8 but we only allow a maximum of 6 adults). -Contactless Self-check-in with keyless entry. -Just a two-minute walk to Starbucks and the Sunriver Village Mall. -Easy walk/bike to restaurants. -SHARC PASSES: 6 SHARC passes included. -Open great room with kitchen, dining, and living space with 2 couches. -Extra bonus room downstairs with couch, TV, slider to outside, and separate deck. -Bedrooms: 1 King bedroom on each level (neither attached to a bathroom). -Bathrooms: 1 bathroom on each level (neither attached to a bedroom). -Upstairs open loft area (perfect for the kids) with a flatscreen and 2 bunk beds. -Back yard is completely fenced. -Central air conditioning. -Gas Fireplace. -Central and Baseboard Heat (bonus room and upstairs bathroom have baseboard heat). -Free streaming movies on Netflix and Amazon Prime. -Free high-speed Wi-Fi. -Full-size ping pong and air hockey tables In the garage (no parking in the garage). -Hot tub in the backyard. -50" flatscreen smart HDTV and DVD player in the living room. -4 additional LED smart HDTV flatscreens in every room. -standard and Keurig coffee makers. -4 adult cruiser-style bikes, 2 small child peddle bikes ( 12"/16") w/out training wheels. -1 Tag-Along pull bike (a bike that attaches to the rear of an adult bike). -NO PARTIES! Absolutely no large gatherings, parties, or combined gatherings of guests from other homes allowed. -Linens, basic soaps (hand, dish and laundry) toilet paper and paper towels provided -gas oven and stovetop. -microwave, blender, toaster, crockpot, electric kettle, Keurig, coffee maker, and grinder -well-stocked kitchen -driveway with 2 parking spaces -quiet neighborhood -Check-in is 4 pm -Check-out is 11 am NO SMOKING! Smoking or vaping are NOT allowed anywhere on the property inside or outside including the front, side, and backyards, patios or decks, and the garage. Any evidence of smoking will result in a partial or full forfeiture of the security deposit at the owner's discretion. Please note that the mere presence of a heavy odor of smoke in a guest’s clothing and luggage can transfer to furniture, bedding, carpets, and walls regardless if smoking is limited to only when off the premises. All costs associated with smoke odor and removal of smoke odor will be deducted from the security deposit and is accepted and agreed by the renter by accepting this rental agreement and reserving/booking our house. ****For security purposes, exterior entrances are monitored with security cameras. PLEASE NOTE: We cannot accommodate early check-in and/or late check-out requests during the busy summer months. The house comfortably accommodates 4 adults as the other 4 beds are bunk beds in an open loft without privacy. Absolutely no parties or combined gatherings of guests from other homes allowed. The owners of this cabin obviously take great pride in their property. It is very nicely updated, organized, well equipped, and immaculate. And the location is great, just a short walk to the village. We’ve stayed in many cabins here and this was a really nice surprise. Great effort in the details. We will be back! Thank you!

This home proved to be perfect for 2 couples to enjoy a long weekend of snow activities. The home was exactly as pictured was clean & generously stocked with all that we could need. It was only a short walk to the shops & restaurants in the Village (a big plus). We had a question for the host & he responded immediately. Would definitely stay here again!

This was the perfect spot to base our President’s Day Weekend Ski Trip. Only 25 minutes to Mt. Bachelor & we all looked forward to the hot tub after a day of skiing. We’ll be back!!

The most important comment is that this house is much nicer than the impression one gets from the online description and pictures. The owners put a lot of attention to details into every room. The kitchen has every high quality device any cook could want. If some cooking item was forgotten, the house probably has it for you. If you know anything about wood, you'll find the wood kitchen cabinets are beautiful. The rest of the house has everything you could ever need: large dining room table, comfy couches with large screen TV and all the amenities, gas fireplace, outdoor hot tub with lights, 2 bedrooms with comfortable king size beds, 4 bunk beds, one large bathroom very nicely done with large walk in shower, and one smaller bathroom also with a shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. When we called the manager when we had a question, he answered immediately. The house is very quiet. We were concerned it might not be due to the location of the train, but it is very quiet. Don't worry about any train noise. The house is also very close to the Village of Sunriver so you can just walk to all of the stores and restaurants. By driving, it's also just minutes away from Mt. Bachelor. We had everything we could have wanted in this house during our 4 day stay.

We loved our stay - our 2nd time at this house. It’s very close to the Village which is great for older children to just walk over and back on their own to enjoy ice skating, Goody’s ice cream, etc. Appreciate the fenced in yard for our dog so we don’t have to worry about him escaping. Great communication from property owner and just a really enjoyable long weekend. Thank you!

We love this house, and plan our visits to Sunriver around its availability. It’s perfect for two couples as it has two master bedrooms (one upstairs), and is dog friendly. The kitchen is very well equipped, and the home is extremely comfortable (including the beds!) Location is fantastic, just a block from the town. We needed to reschedule our family trip due to covid, and our host was extremely accommodating. We really appreciate it, and will come again!

This is a beautiful home in a lovely location. Everything about it says "relaxation". It is furnished with anything one could possibly need--and everything is neatly labelled, so it's easy to find what you need. The kitchen is supplied with every tool one would require to prepare a gourmet meal--though I took a vacation from cooking while there.

Stayed an extended weekend for our honeymoon; hadn't been to Sunriver in a few years. We usually stay through Sunriver directly but the selection was limited if you needed to bring your dog. We didn't have a sitter this time so we needed to take our dog; We found this lovely place on VRBO; its dog friendly with a nice fenced yard. The pros for me were the quiet street and the location could not be beat. I liked how close it was to everything instead of being so far in Sunriver that you have to drive forever to get to the lodge or store. The place needs some updating but with that said; it has all you need for comforts and the host was solid with communciation; would recommend.

Perfect location to walk to the village or bike. Never were able to use Sharc passes since it opened at 0630 & closed at 1800….due to staffing issue in the middle of summer. Close to river rafting and tubing in Bend. Chippy the chipmunk likes to sit on the front porch rock and stare through the window! Very comfortable home to stay at!!! Thanx A Bunch!

We loved the well-stocked and equipped house, the spa, the bikes, the SHARC passes, the ping-pong table, the AC, the close proximity to the Village and bike path, and the owner's quick responsiveness. 2 king bed suites and a loft with bunkbeds should work for most families. Highly recommend.

A great location and a beautiful property. So convenient being across the street from the village. Spacious with everything you could possibly need including bikes! We rode the trails extensively every day and loved every minute of it. We did have to reach out to get checked in as we didn’t have the code we needed. Also the sharc swim center was closed which we didn’t know about until we got there.

I haven't been to the Bend area in a long time. This property had everything you would need for a fantastic stay. We will book the same property next year, only longer. The property is close to the groceries, bike rentals and restaurants.

Loved my time at the home. I visited with my friend and we each had our dogs. The property is perfect for dogs as the outside area is enclosed. The whole process with check-in/check-out was seamless and the home was very clean and welcoming. They literally have the most comfy beds. I just wanted to sleep forever. The only minor complaint would be the shower heads were not great, but it is really not the biggest deal. The location was perfect just across from the village. I would (probably will) rent again.
