Location..parking ..quietness…fans were great!
Lighting in bathroom..only 1 set of keys… lack of basic supplies on arrival…lack of introduction to the accomodation… wet washing(floor rug & bed throw) left in washing machine
Waiting 90mins outside apartment for staff to let us in…. after arranging & confirming our arrival time well before our arrival time… with basically no apology!

L'appartement est bien agencé, il y a une petite terrasse sympas, la cuisine est parfaitement équipée.
Il y a deux salles de bain et toilette, quand on voyage en groupe, c'est vraiment appréciable.
le logement est parfaitement situé à Annecy, à 2 pas du lac et moins de 10 mn a pied de la vieille ville.
on a même pu trouver une place pour se garer juste en face de l'immeuble.
L'appartement est en rez de chaussé, mais en compensation, la petite terrasse était sympa.

Location was great
Info on phone would have been more helpful in English, after us stating we would arrive at earliest time option given man was late with keys. He spent 1 minute with us and then went. No drawers for clothes in either bedrooms nor rail in one of bedroom to hang clothes. Most areas were clean but on further inspection the kitchen cupboards needed more time spent on cleaning and decluttering.
