Estancia poco cómoda, ruidos e insectos.

Silvia, la mujer que nos hizo la recepción muy simpática. La zona es tranquila. Tuvieron un detalle de bienvenida. Hay TV inteligente en el salón. Hay aire acondicionado.

Había cucarachas en el apartamento, nos encontramos varias en el baño y lo peor fue encontrar una dentro del microondas. Pocas cosas en el apartamento de utensilios, la sartén por ejemplo ya no se podía casi ni usar. aunque hay lavadora en la casa no hay donde tender la ropa y hay bastante humedad por la poca ventilación. La cama y las almohadas eran incómodas, la cama es de 1,35 y el colchón es fino. Si no quieres que te vean desde el exterior, ya que la casa es un bajo y da a un jardín y a una calle donde la gente pasea solo puedes bajar el “store” y quedarte sin luz. Justo al lado de las ventanas de la cama hay un aspersor que se activa varios días a las 6:30 de la mañana. El apartamento al ser un loft y estar abierto se escucha muchísimo el ruido del frigorífico (hace basten ruido y es muy molesto) El baño tiene poca ventilación y había varios insectos. Por lo general no fue cómoda la estancia.

Para no volver jamás!!!

El apartamento aparentemente es bonito.

El ruido de la nevera, constante e insoportable. El aislamiento pésimo, se oye todo. La cama durisima, para un dia vale, mas te destrozas la espalda. Tuvimos que dormir en el sofa, que era mas cómodo... Un dia nos despertamos sin agua corriente. Vergonzoso ... Otro dia nos cortaron la Luz... Que mas se puede decir? Sin palabras... No puedes salir del recinto sin mando, por lo que el ultimo dia de poco perdemos el vuelo por no poder salir del recinto.. a ver quien pasa por ahí a las 7 de la mañana de un sabado... Pues hubo un persona, gracias a dios!!! La disponibilidad del parquing es a suertes, no hay plazas reservadas, si llegas y no hay sitio, a la calle.. Llamas a los teléfonos que te dan y nadie contesta... Las soluciones nefastas... La peor experiencia de mi vida en vacaciones....

Peace and quiet.

The area is quiet away from the crowds at the main resort towns. It's a good base for those willing to tour the island by car. The proximity to TFS airport is handy and all the grocery stores and restaurants you would need are a short distance away.

The location link in bookings.com is wrong and passes the apartment complex by around 200 metres. The correct location is Helios Studio Drago as soon as you turn onto C/ Hercules. You're better off parking outside the private car park just down the road opposite the shops as the spaces are narrow and your rental car will get door dings. The tv is all in spanish but that doesn't really matter when you have a smartphone.

Very good

it is not a tourist destination , it looks like it is inhabited mostly by locals. The apartment is nice with everything you need for a short stay.

It was hard to locate the place even though we had the address in the GPS. The person who handed us the keys spoke only spanish , no english, so we had to manage via whats up and translator but we managed somehow

Superb

Great location just in few minutes from the bus station, reasonable price, good facilities.

Check in process was weird as the person who was meeting us - didn't know a word in English and the address was incorrect by 500 meters or so. Also there were no washing powder for the washing machine.

Lovely quiet apartment to relax and enjoy a nice break

We booked late in the night due to a cancelled in our other choice of property The response from this host was excellent they We’re very swift in directing us and ensuring we we’re comfortable

My husband was a coffee drinker and they had a lovely coffee machine It did steam water but not hot enough for me Would of like to have seen a kettle +toaster

Comfortable studio close to airport.

The owners were delightful and check in and check out were a breeze. The ground floor studio was clean and comfortable and kitchen well equipped (a tea towel would be useful). Walking to bars, the town and the supermarket was easy. We also walked around the 'yellow mountain' to the Golf del Sur area in 1 hour. The path is a little rough so wear good shoes.

The studio had been extended by blocking in the veranda. Although this made it more spacious it means that there is no adjacent outdoor space. The swimming pool area is about 250m away. If you want to relax in the sun, that's a little inconvenient. The apartment complex was pleasant but the actual resort of Costa del Silencio isn't the most attractive.
