Very very bad, I must request everybody not to stay there better to stay in Dharmashala. I

I HAVE BOOKED THROUGH BOOKING.COM. Deluxe room. I was not aware that is in ground floor. A window is there which never opened. I liked it is very near to Ganga. Andha Gali. Nobody can find out this location.

Nothing cleaned, In front of room all the dirty cloths mattresses are staggered. A very old bed with very very old unhealthy mattress. I cant understand how the wrong informations going to the people.

Our entire stay was very much in a happening place where the culture was main part of day to day li

I liked the location ,very close to Dashashvamedh Ghat ,Ganga Maiya and the main temple .I liked that the place has basic comforts like elevator, Airconditioner and western w.c.

The rooms need little better locks inside also the air-conditioning needs to improve

Staff are kind, courteous and helpful. Location is good. Food was freshly prepared and tasted good but with limited variety. TV had some interruptions. They have connections with taxi, guides, etc and if you just tell them what service you want, they will arrange for you. Overall a very good experience.

Far from satisfaction ; no way value for money.

During our stay, basic room services I/c providing of small facilities like bathroom towel, morning tea etc were not available nor any attempt was to make these available. Overall it was bad experience.

Amazing hotel

Location was great as it's very near to the main temples and main ghat The property has lift also and very neat and clean rooms and washroom . The staff was very well mannered and helpful and the food was very tasty. Over all best place to stay in varanasi

Okay if you are more focussed on the Darshan and not so much on the stay.

So the hotel is pretty close to the temple and that's the only advantage. The hotel is managed by the temple trust to that's an added factor. The kitchen staff was superb and made everything we asked for. They were also pretty promo in their service.

Locating the hotel is a mess. You can't locate it without enquiring a zillion times. They don't open their rooftopbecause of monekys so don't hope to get any views in particular. Also, there is another hotel by the same name super close so be ready for a potentially incorrect visit. The surrounding area is totally not clean. The towels and bed sheets may look old but that's okayish I assume given it dind't personally affect me as long as it was clean. The reception staff however was super callous. We booked a three bed room and got only two beds. the third bed took forever to get arranged and I ended up crashing on the bed in the room. You'll have to walk maybe 600-700 mtrs on regular days and if you are there on a special occasion like new years, be ready to walk through insane crowd for almost 2 km because the traffic gets diverted. The hotel also denied arranging cabs for us citing new year rush.

It is a good guesthouse on its own but bit far from temple and Ghats than other properties.

expected a balcony with a view of Gange's as I was offered and this is the only reason I opted this guesthouse but I haven't got any view. I waited for more than 45 mins in Airport for taxi.

They have the worst staff, who are ignorant, least bothered and arrogant when you complain about anything. I request you to kindly delist this hotel from your portal, since in no way it matches the benchmarks set by booking.com Next time i am not going to trust your recommendations.

Wonderful stay

The hotel is very much neat and clean. The rooms are quiet spacious . The staff is very cooperative. They helped us with guide and car service to visit temples and all local places .it was a wonderful experience.

People friendly. Breakfast ok

Hotel was fine. Unfortunately they booked a day trip for us which was terrible. They had failed to book a car. The guide tried but did not take us to all the sights. We were charged entry as part of the trip and them guides said there was no point going in. To be fair when we complained they did reduce the cost but it still.means we missed beautiful things. It did mean we missed some of the most important sights. Very sad. Bed like a board They did find us a kettle which was nice. Transfer expensive

It is difficult to locate hotel & approaching road is very narrow no conveyance to reach there. They avoid to issue money receipt. They are saying that booking. com will issue money receipt by mail.
