The location is great, so close to all the major events on the Ganges and temples. Lots of character. Literally steps away from the river. Desk staff were very helpful and helped arrange activities and transport when requested for reasonable rates.
Bathroom towels need to be replaced.

The owner and the staff refused to provide room for the next day and shown rude behaviour to us and one our friend who came to meet us in front of the hotel. The owner stated that he doesn’t like us standing in front of the hotel (outside)and speaking and he tried to bully my friend.
These guys doesn’t even know what is customer delightment.
