Our gated/private community with free beach front parking & access, includes outdoor showers and restroom facilities, available for our vacation renters. Amenities: 2 outdoor swimming pools, 1 indoor heated pool, kiddie splash pad, fitness center, tennis courts, basketball court, bocce ball court, fishing at community lakes and tons more amenities! Golf carts can be rented inside the community to get to the beach and all the wonderful amenities. We can assure you that your time here will create lasting memories with your loved ones. Let us have the pleasure of hosting you and your families! Sleeping Accommodations BR 1| 1 King Bed | Tub/Shower | TV | Sleeps 2 BR2 | 1 Bunk Bed | 1 Twin Bed| TV | Sleeps 3 BR 3 | 1 Queen Bed | Private Bath| Sleeps 2 We provide bed linens and bath towels for the home. We DO NOT provide beach towels or chairs. $140 nonrefundable cleaning deposit. NO PETS. 25 & older to book. Requested mandatory information needed 48 hours prior to your arrival for security protocol for access into the community. Number of adults & children, First & Last Name, Email address, home address, phone number, make, model and color of vehicles, tag information and state. We are a short driving distance to many tourist areas, such as Murrells Inlet, Garden City, Pawleys Island & Myrtle Beach. The airport is only a 10 min drive to this location. There is a gas station and grocery store only 2 minutes away. Free onsite parking for up to 3 vehicles, we have an overflow lot for additional vehicles to park. Owner was very responsive and even provided a pac n play and high chair for infant and property had all the comforts of home everything we needed to enjoy a family vacation. Located convient to beach, groceries, restaurants, and all local amenities.

Been coming to Surfside over the last 11 years - really love the family feel of this area. The neighborhood has a gate with security, a priority as a single parent with two daughters. Also lots to do: pools, tennis, golf carts, playground, beach, basketball, horse shoes, bike path etc…. Plus Tracey’s place is perfect, always very clean, well equipped, and great communications! Makes us feel right at home:)

The house was clean, check in was easy, communication with the owner was exceptional, and this home helped give us a very relaxing vacation. There was one small plumbing issue during our stay and the owner responded to our text within just a few minutes and had the issue taken care of within 30 minutes to an hour! We could not have asked for better service with that or any other part of our stay. The included golf cart is so convenient for getting to the beach and the pool. We highly recommend staying here for your Surfside Beach vacation!

The property was very nice, and was pretty much what I had expected. The location is close to everything, and Tracey is great to work with as she lives below the unit. Loved that a golf cart, wagon, chairs, umbrella and boogie boards were included in our rental. Those were all definitely put to use. Oceanside Village is a very nice community to stay in. I would stay there again.

Wonderful house, clean, great location, plenty of room! Floors and all the furniture looked new and well kept. Beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. Tvs in every room were smart TVs. Beach chairs, umbrella, and toys available for use at beach. Was short ride in golf cart to beach area with lifeguard. Kitchen well stocked with everything needed. Excellent communication with Tracey when checking in and for any questions. Neighborhood was clean, well kept, and everyone was friendly. Pool areas were very nice. We can't wait to come back to this house again!! Thanks for sharing your home Tracey!

Perfect location and great unit. Really nice owner and people in the community. Made going to the beach easy. Really don’t need a car if you’re flying in. Food store across the street from the community.

We had a great time at Oceanside village and renting this place for a week. Very close to the beach, plus the outdoor pool and splash area where great for my 8 and 3 year old. Definitely recommend staying here. The house was great plenty of room and Tracy was very helpful and responsive. We even brought our bikes and cycles around when not using the golf cart. Lots of fun! Will be back after winter. Thanks Sharon

Honestly this was one of THE BEST vacations! We came down with my three kids and husband and his mom and the home was perfect. Couldn’t recommend this place enough. It was in the perfect location with the best owners. Such friendly and caring people it really just felt amazing to have somewhere to go that you didn’t have to worry about. Communication was beyond satisfactory - anything we needed or any questions we had were answered ! Perfect for our kids as well (one being a newborn - convenience was key). We really can’t wait to come back here and would really recommend this place to anyone. Home is beautiful.

Tracey was an excellent host and the property was perfect for our family. My only suggestion would be a map of the property at the residence. I received a parking ticket on the golf cart after parking one parking lot over from where I was suppose to on the beach. Afterwards I went to the main gate and requested a map. Also, the pools were closed until our second to last day (outdoor pools and splash pad). This was due to them painting and nothing the host could control, but it was a bit of a bummer for us as it was part of the attraction to the property. The property itself was clean, well stocked, and host very friendly. There was even laundry soap and dryer sheets. Tracey, I did purchase additional laundry soap and dryer sheets for the next guest to use as well. Thank you for your hospitality.

Our family of 5 traveled down from Chicagoland. What a wonderful place to call home for the week! Perfect location, close to everything. Weather could’ve been a bit warmer but we did have several days to take advantage of outdoor activities. Home was beautiful and well equipped. Would definitely recommend it!! Thank you, Tracey!!

Perfect location for us with our 2 year old grand daughter. Close to the beach, a swimming pool and playground, and she loved cruising the neighborhood on the golf cart. Everyone was super friendly, and we met many 4 legged friends too. House had everything we needed.
