About this condo rental
Located in Lower Grand Lagoon, this attractive condo for $406 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. This is the perfect place for some family-friendly fun!! This is our family vacation home and we have made some great memories with our kids, parents and friends. So, please understand that we encourage good times but this is not the ideal condo if you're looking for the 'spring break' experience. This spacious and beautifully decorated condo/townhouse is awaiting your arrival. Our unit offers two levels of living with balconies located off the living room on the first floor and off the master bedroom on the second floor. Each balcony provides a partial Gulf view! The master bedroom has a king-size bed, TV with cable and Netflix. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, TV, cable, and Netflix. The third bedroom has a Queen size bed. There is also a queen size sofa sleeper in the living room along with a TV, Cable, and Netflix. The kitchen is fully equipped including a microwave and dishwasher. There is also a washer and dryer in our unit! What could be better than parking directly in front of your unit! The beautiful Gulf of Mexico is approximately 200 steps from our balcony. Sugar Beach is a charming condominium complex that overlooks the white sandy dunes and Gulf of Mexico in the desirable Thomas Drive area near lots of activities. There is a freshwater lake stocked with fish that the kids can feed. (No Fishing!!!) The lake provides kids an opportunity to see fish, turtles and birds. Also there are two well maintained lighted tennis courts, shuffleboard, and a grilling area along with the large beach side pool. This is a second and third floor unit, one of the few condos where you can park your car right outside your door and walk up a few steps and right in. No long trips to a parking deck or crowded elevators! Even better, this unit allows you to walk directly outside one of the two patio doors and enjoy the ocean breeze where you'll only be a few short steps from the shiny white sand of the Gulf. No elevators, no long waits - just come & go as you please without any hassle! The clubhouse has a Ping-Pong table. The grounds have large grassy areas and walk ways which provide a nice change from the typical concrete and steel development. Three Bedroom/Three Bath Townhouse. This Condo has a well equipped Kitchen, a Full Size Washer/ Dryer, a Great View of the Interior Courtyard and is Approximately 200 Feet from the Beach & Swimming Pool. HD-LCD TV in Living Room. The downstairs bedroom features a Queen size bed with bathroom access. The Master Bedroom features a king-size bed, its own bathroom, and balcony. The second upstairs bedroom features a king bed and includes its own bathroom. The kitchen is fully-equipped, a spacious living area with a queen-size sleeper sofa, and a dining area. Linens are provided but bring your own beach towels, suntan lotion and a good book. This unit is very spacious and open, well furnished and maintained. Free cable and WiFi with HDTV is provided in the living room and both bedrooms upstairs. We are pet friendly, but prior approval is required. Guests must agree to the HOA pet rules and policies prior to booking. There is a pet registration fee paid directly to the HOA. Additional fees may be charged by the owner for damages or accidents that require further cleaning, repairs, or replacement of any kind. Note: Tropical storms and hurricanes are not uncommon from May through October. We do not refund, change dates or offer any concessions during extreme weather. Please plan accordingly and purchase travel insurance.

I would definitely recommend this house. Everything was spot on. We had a glitch with the lock on the front door ( it was my fault I put the wrong code in to many times) She stepped out of church and walked me through it.

Enjoyed our stay at this location, close to the beach. Loved the pond and feeding the fish with grandson and having the grill area and pool. Unit was very nice with comfortable beds and a nice kitchen.

I can't say enough good things about this unit! I was so impressed with the cleanliness and the furnishings! We are hard to please and very picky about where we stay and this is the best unit we have stayed in at PCB. We will be back!

This was a wonderful stay for our family vacation and two dogs. The pond was filled with fish and turtles was great for the kids. And it was a short walk to the beach. It was a great vacation.

My family and I stayed for a week. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The balcony on the lower and upper level provided a partial view of the gulf and the beach was a very short walk thru the property. The location was excellent and was convenient to shopping, restaurants, etc.
Christy was the host and was very responsive to any of our questions.
The checkin and checkout process was very smooth.
My whole family was very, very satisfied with this experience.

I took my daughters on a couple of their first trips to the beach, the condo was perfect, even had a pack and play as well as a baby gate for stairs. Plenty of room to read at condo and a short walk through complex to the beach. The pond looking out from the balcony was a good view as well. Definitely 10/10 recommend!!

The only thing that was really a downfall of location was hearing the screams from across the street late at night from the ball slingshot & the frogs in the pond are very loud, mainly kept our 2 year old up. None of this is any control of any condo owner. 🙂 I guess I missed needing to get the parking pass which is my own fault, but noticed there were about 10-15 other warnings on other vehicles all around us had it as well, and having to pay $20 per vehicle is fine, but wish it was included in the rental fee & at the condo when we arrived since the office is 9-5 & you only have a couple hours at most, if they are even open when you arrive, once you can check in to your condo - which you’re busy unpacking of course, and they weren’t the friendliest at the office. Again, this isn’t the owner of the condos control. We would absolutely stay at the location again using Christy and any property she may have. 🙂

Sugar beach condos
Nice place. Well stocked with what we needed to cook and take showers. The sofa and love seat were not comfortable to sit on. Downstairs bed is way too firm, slept terrible. The upstairs beds were comfy. The area is a bit noisy since it is the Panama City Beach strip. Had fun feeding the turtles and the fish in the little pond. The pool on property was lovely, and being right on the beach is great. Checking in was confusing, access to the property was confusing. It would help to get the access info a week ahead of check in so I could print it and read it over. If the owner sent it the same day I traveled, I never got it. I never did find the email from the owner that gave me the code to the front door to get in to condo or how to use the access panel. Fees were excessive by VRBO and the pet fee was excessive by the Sugar Beach condo complex. I thought the cost and the fees were too high, then if you cancel, there is a cancel fee. Too expensive to stay there again.

Great Location
Great place! Everything you need is either within walking distance, or a quick drive. Private gated parking!! Beach was nice. Pool and pool house was great. The grill area was perfect.

Beyond Expectation
This was the first trip to the beach for our girls and it couldn’t have been better. Christy was great to rent from. She was very responsive and accommodating. The unit was very clean, and had everything we needed for our stay. It felt like we were home. We will definitely be bringing our girls back here for years to come.

Loved our Stay
Our last minute end of summer trip was a success! Our party of 8 slept comfortably in this roomy condo. The adults loved the balcony and it was one of our favorite places to relax. The kids loved the pool.
As a tropical storm moved in, the owner was very accommodating and responsive. Flights were being canceled and she was going to allow us to stay another night.
Since this isn’t a high rise, we didn’t have to fight any crowds at an elevator or a crowded beach!
We will definitely try to stay here when we come back to PCB!

I really enjoyed my stay in Panama City. The property was everything that the listing said that it would be. It was great for our family and it was close enough to the beach that the kids could go everyday! The host was great, I had plenty of questions and she didn’t mind answering them. It was a great location, close to everything we wanted to do. I would definitely stay here again!
