Fully renovated 2 bedroom apartment for 4-5 people with a large 32 m² terrace located in Playa Paraiso 300 m from the ocean in an area suitable for families and in a quiet residential complex. Housing of 70 m² interior (+32 m² of sunny terrace in the morning) of recent construction tastefully furnished, with view on the swimming pool and the mountain. The apartment is 300 m from the sandy beach of La Galgas, near shops and restaurants, 4 km from the golf course "Costa Adeje", 8 km from the water park "Siam Park", 25 km from the "Reina Sofia" airport, 100 m from the Titsa bus stop. New Rosa Center shopping center nearby (Opening November 2019).
The residence has an elevator. The apartment has internet access (wifi), large 32 m² terrace, children's play area, swimming pool and paddling pool for children, covered parking in the basement, hairdryer, air conditioning, TV.
The terrace is also furnished (table, chairs, deckchairs, lounge)

Spacious, clean apartment with great outdoor space for eating and enjoying the sun. Pool was wonderful, well cared for and at times empty when a solo swim was a treat. Local area is fine, swimming in the sea within walking distance ( where I swam next to a turtle), eating out ok, good shops nearby. I would visit again.

The terrace is the top feature of this very good apartment. We phoned practically lived outside in beautiful sunshine. Not very impressed with minimal essentials left for us and no bedding change during a month's stay. Would definitely return, a lovely holiday.mimimum of essentials supplied
