Absolutely have no complaints after completing my stay. From the online reservation to check in to check out we had no issues at all. Property manager was very informative and at the ready anytime I had a question throughout the entire process. The place was clean and had no bad smells. Actually, in my opinion, it was better then the pics posted online in the listing. Very open kitchen and bar, large table, living room layout that accommodated 3 separate families (each with kids) and a set of grandparents with ease. Lots of restaurants and take out places all close by. And about 3-4 blocks off heart of the boardwalk. Not sure what else to say other then it was a great stay for our family. Thanks!

A four bedroom, two bathroom, two parking space rental with access to west avenue's free parking is a great getaway location for family and for friends. Lots of bunk beds give more sleeping in each room for larger groups or groups with kids. Decent range of kitchen appliances and supplies to make cooking in the unit easy and low stress. One of the few rentals that provide linens to make the trip that much easier. Great place.

With two exceptions we LOVED our stay here. The condo is beautiful. Spacious. In a great location (coffee shops, Italian restaurant, Mexican restaurant, Convenience store, ice cream, fresh doughnuts, cookies, shopping) all within two blocks. It was a 4-block walk to the boardwalk/beach.
The property manager responded promptly!
We would definitely stay here agina IF:
1) The bedding was updated. 5/7 of us had lumpy or misshapen mattresses. It didn't make for a good night's sleep.
2) There were no room-darkening shades, so the morning sun came in right around 5:30.

Our two families had plenty of room to be socially distant with all the space. Great location near beach and boardwalk (5-7 minute walk) The owner was very communicative and accommodating. Ocean City is a lovely family town.

Great stay with family!
We enjoyed our time, and the house was clean and comfortable. It was only a 7 minute walk from the beach, so pretty easy!
We had everything we needed in the kitchen for food prep and with little kids it was so helpful to have a washer and dryer.
The apartment is on the third floor, FYI, in case you can't do stairs well, but we really enjoyed the sunset view from the deck.
Pillows and all blankets had been removed for covid so be aware to bring your own. Chris responded very quickly to any issues we had.
We loved breakfast at the sunrise cafe across the street. We would come again!

Would book again
This property was lovely. It was in a nice location, just a few blocks from beach and boardwalk. Easy check-in and out. loved the outside front deck. The house was roomy and well-equipped. The listing was accurate and we had no problems with the rental at all. We were only renting for a few days but would definitely consider booking for a week or more in the future.

Walking distance
We had a wonderful time during our family vacation. We parked our vehicles and walked everywhere. Beach, boardwalk, stores all in a comfortable distance. The condo was very nice and comfortable. We have a large family and the kitchen/dining area is large enough to accommodate us. Showers outside to wash off sand. TV, internet, cable all working. We had everything we needed to have a great vacation. There were even board games in the closet that we had fun playing. Thank you very much for sharing your home with us.

Great house in a great location!
This is the perfect house for a multi-family or multi-generational week at the beach. Just be aware of the three flights of stairs as a possible accessibility issue. The kitchen is the best part of the house with an island to set up happy hour snacks and a huge table to accommodate many guests at mealtime. We have stayed here the last two years and will definitely try to make it three next summer!

Spacious and close to everything!
We loved the openness inside. We had it filled to capacity (12 adults) and still it felt big! It is with in walkin distance to the boardwalk and there are lots of unique stores and restaurants located within walking distance also. I would definitely stay there again!

Huge Bedrooms and open floor plan
Our family and friends enjoyed the sizes of the bedrooms and the open kitchen, dining area and living room. Our son got married a few blocks away and his reception was right on the boardwalk which was only 4 blocks away. This rental is close to it all...food, boardwalk, grocery stores...which makes it very convenient. I was very impressed with the owner, Chris. He was prompt in responding to my emails and very helpful as to what there is to do in the area. I would HIGHLY recommend this rental property. - LC

Amazing setting for a family vacation
We had a wonderful time on our vacation. This home is wonderfully decorated. It is perfectly placed to walk anywhere. We had 12 in our group and this home gave us more than enough room to enjoy each others company. Looking to make this our annual vacation home. Love it!!!!

Highly Recommend! Large, Great Location, Excellent Host.
We had the most wonderful time at Chris's apartment. It was exactly what my family needed. With 4 bedrooms, a HUGE open living dining and kitchen area, this apartment offered plenty of hanging out space for everyone. Located only a three short blocks from the beach, the apartment was very centrally located, close to a Wawa and several restaurants - which came in really handy.
We really appreciated the apartment being really clean and well stocked. We had a toddler so it was especially nice to find that there was already a high chair in the apartment! We also loved the large deck and enjoyed breakfast outside everyday.
Although we didn't get to meet Chris, he was very responsive to any email or text sent his way. We and his staff was very organized and gave us all the info in need ahead of time. He also returned out deposit promptly after our stay was over. Our trip couldn't have been more seamless/effortless. Thank you, Chris for having us!

Large condo, great location!
My husband and baby ventured to Ocean City for a fall trip. The condo was very large and comfortable for us, even when Grandmom and Grandpop came to stay for a few days as well. It was nice to have the open concept and the small den off the living room as well as 3 bedrooms. Pack and play fit at the foot of the bunk beds so baby had his own room. Little one had all his toys setup in the den - it was his private playroom! Walking distance easily to the beach and boardwalk as well as Asbury Ave with lots of restaurants and shops. Walking distance to a fishing pier on the bay as well as a public playground (2 playgrounds closeby/walking distance). CVS, Rite Aid, SuperFresh all walkable. We went to the Cape May Zoo one day (30 min drive) and it was great! Great to have a garage to store the car and beach stuff, stroller, sandy items. Did a few loads of laundry which was helpful to not bring it all home. Only 2 downsides 1) it's the 3rd floor - lots of steps - earn your ice cream going up and down! 2) West Ave is a little noisy in the morning with the lumber yard across the way, flooring place behind the condo and cars driving past. Not a big deal though!

Fabulous beach week in Ocean City
My 11 girlfriends and I were thrilled with our stay in Ocean City. Chris was a wonderful host; he gave plenty of instructions and answered all of our questions but gave us our space during the week. The condo is very cute, beachy and comfortable. We slept 12 women. The beach and boardwalk were so fun and just a short walk away. Would definitely recommend this rental!

Great condo in a great location
We've rented several places in Ocean City in the last few years and this was definitely our favorite. Perfect location for extended families with kids. The short walk to the beach, boardwalk, and shops was really convenient - we loved being able to park our car in the garage and not have to drive again until we were ready to leave. The layout of the condo was great and having a full size washer and dryer was very helpful. Keyless entry was nice for people coming and going at different times. We had a great week!
