Excellent hotel. Very good location. Beautiful room. Nice swimming pool. Helpful staff. Very good food - typical Spanish dishes, many vegetables and fruits, delicuous desserts.

Big hotel nice pools and restaurant
Staff rude very unhelpful
WiFi first 2 days didn’t work and when it did wasn’t very good you would expect a 4 star hotel to have better services
Asked to move rooms twice to different areas so I could use my mobile data but was fobbed off

Fantastic hotel, great variety & quality of breakfast. Lovely pools & large sunbathing areas. Good facilities & excellent service. Also they are very reasonably priced for drinks etc rather than charging a premium like most hotels do. We really enjoyed our stay. Thank you. They also very helpfully accommodated my mother’s disability and placed her in a room close to all the amenities. The rooms are also very comfortable & clean. I had a lovely massage too :)

Good air conditioning in the room and a decent shower.
Room cleaned 6x a week which is good.
Not a bad supermarket on site.
The word “Entertainment” should not be acquainted to this hotel as it doesn’t exist. UK families with young children are better off at Haven or to book a holiday village if deciding to go abroad.
Very happy I didn’t pay for all inclusive because the food quality and lack of choice was below average. I thought I’d give it a chance and try the food, only to be charged an eye watering €48 for 2 adults! When I booked via Booking.com it stated €12 pp on their website!
