The apartment features a fully equipped kitchen and a cozy, stylish living room with an HDTV and a queen-size sofa bed. The modern ocean-view bedroom includes a king-size bed, spacious closet, HDTV, and private balcony.
For your beach adventures, the apartment provides four complimentary beach chairs, one umbrella, beach games, and two complimentary bicycles—a savings of approximately $15 per bicycle, per hour.
ADULTS ONLY: This property is not suitable for children under 17.
LOCATION
Ideally located just steps from Hollywood Beach’s unique shops, beachfront restaurants, bars, and live entertainment. Fort Lauderdale–Hollywood International Airport and Port Everglades are approximately 10 minutes away.
MANDATORY FEES PAYABLE AT CHECK-IN
The following charges are not included in the booking price and must be paid directly to the resort at check-in:
• Registration fee: $50 plus tax per stay
• Resort fee: $40 plus tax per night

This was our 2nd stay in this apartment. Everything was like it was 3 years before... but overall, it seemed cleaner and updated. The hosts offer a lot of extras that make the stay hassle free. The location is truly unbeatable. Access to beach, restaurants, etc. AND a HUGE highlight both trips was the rooftop pool/bar/restaurant. Stay here!We would stay again!

First time in the area and absolutely loved it. Condo is in the perfect spot to experience the area, or to enjoy the fantastic amenities to relax like the roof top pool or beach. Hosts are extremely responsive and have a beautiful place! We will definitely be back!
