Location, attentive staff, parking in the premises and beautiful surroundings.
We did not have hot water but the staff took care of it promptly.

La ubicación, el tamaño de los cuartos y la sobriedad de los cuartos, está muy limpio y el servicio es muy eficiente.
La decoración del lobby y áreas comunes demerita al espacio,. Los cuartos son de muy buen tamaño pero un poco oscuros.

Charming little boutique hotel in a great central location. Comfortable bed with good linens. Tasteful decor. Very value for the price.
Our room had no external windows, so it was quite dark. Also part of the lights above the bathroom sink was burned out, making the bathroom extra shadowy. The air conditioner needed service and made loud unexpected noises all night.

This is a sweet, small hotel very close to the historic centro, but off on a quiet side street. The staff could not have been nicer or more accommodating. The rooms are small, but have all you need.
I know TVs in rooms are necessary to get a certain rating from hotel orgs, but the large TV on the wall between the door and window was in the way and annoying.
