Ein sehr schönes kleines Hotel in ruhiger, aber zentraler Lage von Westerland. Einziges Manko unserer Suite war, dass eine Etage über uns ständig gelaufen wurde - über Stunden. Das war leider sehr deutlich im Schlafzimmer zu hören.
Das Frühstück im Raffelhüschen war ausgezeichnet.
Das Getrampel über uns. Die Hellhörigkeit in dieser Beziehung wurde auch schon von einem anderen Gast bemängelt.

Location is great. But that's unfortunately all.
Most previous comments here are correct. No one helping with luggage. Key box hard to find. Reception closed after 4 pm. The breakfast has been outsourced. Small bath room in midst of wall renovation. Space between bed and wall too small. Not a nice view. Sauna did not work. Staff tries to overplay the obvious. Wifi was bad. In short, this is not a hotel. Spend your money somewhere else. All is expensive on Sylt, but this is badly spent money.
