Sehr schönes Hotel mit individuellen Zimmern bzw. Suiten in einer guten Lage in Westerland.
Nette Begrüßung - auch unser Hund wurde sehr freundlich empfangen.
Das gute Frühstück gab es außerhalb des Hotels, man musste ein paar Schritte gehen, was aber kein Problem war.
Jedes Zimmer steht unter einem anderen Motto und ist sehr liebevoll und mit besonderen Details ausgestattet.
Das Sofa in einem Zimmer könnte einen neuen Bezug vertragen.

Wir können nur sagen das wir rund um zufrieden waren, hatten die Miami Suite eine sehr schöne Suite. Das Haus liegt zentral zum Strand und in die Fußgängerzone.
Wir Waren das erste mal auf Sylt und haben uns in die Insel verliebt
Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder (mit Hund)

Location is great. But that's unfortunately all.
Most previous comments here are correct. No one helping with luggage. Key box hard to find. Reception closed after 4 pm. The breakfast has been outsourced. Small bath room in midst of wall renovation. Space between bed and wall too small. Not a nice view. Sauna did not work. Staff tries to overplay the obvious. Wifi was bad. In short, this is not a hotel. Spend your money somewhere else. All is expensive on Sylt, but this is badly spent money.
