Gute, ruhige Lage mit Zugang zur Stadt, zum Strand und allem, was man sonst noch braucht. Extrem freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schöne Ausstattung. Renovierte Gartensuites.

In der Sauna müssen dringend Fußmatten ausgelegt werden, und zwar aus Gummi oder etwas , das sich nicht erhitzt… man verbrennt sich fast die Füße auf dem Weg von der Tür zur Sitzbank:-)

Top-Lage an der Fußgängerzone die direkt zum Strand führt. In ein paar Gehminuten erreicht man den Busbahnhof (ZOB) und kann von dort auch mit einer 3-stündigen Inselrundfahrt den Aufenthalt auf SYLT starten.
Das Hotel Stadt Hamburg hat uns auch gleich 2 E-Bikes gebucht und VELO Bike hat alles zum Hotel gebracht. Die Rückgabe und Bezahlung konnte einfach über das Hotel erfolgen. Perfekter Service.
Wir hatten im Hotel 2 Anwendungen gebucht und ebenfalls sehr genossen.
Frühstück bis 12 Uhr und der Service sind einfach sensationell. Alles was das Herz begehrt schon zum Tagesstart.
Wir waren auch im Bistro und im Hotelrestaurant Hardy's essen. Alles perfekt und wir haben unseren 5-Nächte-Aufenthalt genossen.
Wir hatten eine Suite gebucht und bekamen auch noch ein Upgrade vor Ort.
Wir konnten auch noch einen späteren Checkout genießen und der Flughafen-Shuttle am Abend war, wie schon die Abholung, ein kostenloser Service des Hotel Stadt Hamburg. In diesem Haus blieb kein Wunsch unerfüllt.
Einfach wunderbar.
Es gab einfach nichts zu meckern.

Die Lage war gut und es hatte eine Tiefgarage im Haus ( extra Kosten)
Das Hotel ist sehr gross, also mehr lange und die Wege von der Garage zum Restaurant oder zu den Zimmern daher auch lange. Das Wirrwarr an Gängen teilweise verwirrend.
