The location and ambience is excellent. The old British rooms were charming. Food at the restaurant was by and large very good. Staff was very polite, helpful.
Rooms didn't have mesh doors so we couldn't have the windows or doors open which was a shame. Our rooms faced a corridor or back wall of the hotel which was very disappointing. Pricey!

Food, Location, Ambience, Staff courtesy. Overall I loved my stay.
Room cleanliness, specially stained mattress and improper cleaning. Although my issues was sorted on raising my concerns. Apart this I loved my stay there.

Vintage , Old world charm , Serene !
I absolutely loved it. Was the perfect place to be on my birthday. The ambience , the food and the people - everything was just perfect. Including the amazing weather which dropped to almost 9 deg.

Over hyped property, location & food. Everything was average or just above average. Not value for money at all.
Despite our request, the rooms were not adjacent / opposite each other though it could have easily been done.
