Size of the rooms was excellent. Location was surprisingly quiet. Good sound proofing. Kitchen lounge was especially useful.
It was somewhat tricky to locate the entrance. Some better signposting or a more thorough welcome email would have been useful.

Very clean and modern and had all the amenities necessary. Parking on site also a massive plus.
It was disappointing that the air coolers/air conditioning units that were available for rental had a 10 day minimum rental period applied. The property was very hot, due to the current weather. We would have hired one of these if it had been available for the 2 nights of our stay. I cannot understand why there is a 10 day minimum hire period on this.
Also accessing the car park wasn’t straightforward. Again I don’t understand why this PIN code couldn’t be provided along with the other PIN codes. The check in process isn’t particularly clear along with messaging the property, it felt as though I was bouncing between the property website and booking.com.

Great location.
It has everything you need but the place is very “land-lord special”. Cheap fixtures and updates that were constantly breaking. Unreliable wifi (hot tip: just factory reset the router yourself, the helplines are useless). And the “reception” is just a chatbot or call center that service so many properties they need to get the postcode each and every time you contact them to even figure out where you are. Occasionally you’d get someone on the line that was friendly and helpful, but mostly you felt like they were just trying to get rid of you as soon as possible. Sometimes the chat line was so vague I was sure it was just an AI. So annoying.
Also literally anything you might need from them comes at an extra cost. Even extra blankets.
It’s like you get none of the personal touch you’d get from an air bnb, without any of the efficiency you’d expect from a hotel.
