Spacious, comfortable, good amenities including kitchen utensils etc. Good spot to stay to enjoy the local area & beyond.
Location about 20min walk to Richmond town centre, 15-20min walk to Kew Gardens, 1 min walk from bus stop, 5 min walk to supermarket, with bus/train/tube access to central London - we found it a convenient location.
Honestly the only thing that was stressful and unusual (in our quite significant experience of using vacation house rentals) was the £1000 damage deposit to be paid before arrival, not via Booking.com. I almost thought the whole booking was a scam until I actually got into the property, and then it took 2 weeks to receive the deposit back (which we were told it would). All to say - it worked out great and just as they promised, with no problems at all - however the process did make me nervous.
Only other minor thing was the shower screen leaked water onto the floor, (which we kept soaking up with towels).
