Completely furnished inspired by coastal living light and fresh. Enjoy the sunrise on the patio or dockside with a hot cup of coffee, or take a short 10-minute drive to Juno Beach for some sunbathing or long morning walk along the beach. Nice, Clean apartment with view overlooking the river. Perfect for an anniversary get away for 2. Close to shops and restaurants. Chad was great when no extra bath paper had been left. The pool area was private even for whole facility.

Just returned from an amazing stay in North Palm. In town with my 13 yo for baseball and selected this incredible unit for its location and views - it didn't disappoint. The unit was clean and fresh and recently updated. It was well set up having everything we needed with even a few welcome items that made our settling in very easy!
The owner Chad was an amazing host and helped make our stay great with perfect communication and direction.
Everything in the unit worked well, the bed and furniture were comfortable and the AC was a game changer.
Can't say enough good things about this place and our experience with the owner. We will be back for sure!

To say this was a great place is an understatement. We lived in the area for almost 20 years and came back for a visit. Chad made us forget about the “Where” were staying so we could enjoy the “Why”. Had a great trip and the quality of the property was a bonus. Thanks Chad!

This property exceeded expectations! The unit looks even better than photos show, and was immaculately clean and maintained, and the condo building is also well-maintained. Location can't be beat: close to several amazing beaches as well as great restaurants and a Trader Joe's. Chad was the best host: immediate communication, check-in instructions, and truly cared that we enjoyed our stay. When he learned that arrival flight was delayed, he went to the grocery store to purchase breakfast food so we wouldn't have to shop at night. It was a beautiful week and we hope to return in 2024!

Chad is amazing and so is this wonderful little place. The view of the inlet surpassed our expectations! The apartment was sparkling clean and there was even food in the fridge. It had a king sized bed which is hard to find in VRBO rental. It was beautifully decorated too. Thanks Chad!

We very much enjoyed our stay at the “River House”, the location was great for us as we like to play golf & wanted to watch the Honda Classic close by. The condo was great, exactly as pictured , quiet & very clean. The lanai was a lovely place to sit & relax whilst watching the wildlife & the boats go by. Chad was great to communicate with & kindly left us some provisions which we greatly appreciated after our long day travelling from the UK. We would definitely recommend Chads condo & hope to return soon.

I messaged thru VRBO a couple questions days prior to arrival - no response. Messaged the day of checkin, for access when we would arrive after 4 - no response. I called twice & texted once on the day of arrival - no response. We were wondering where we would stay for the night, if we could return the car rental and change our flight without a fee. We looked on VRBO under the help section also since we did not hear any response and it was after 4 pm. Approx 4:20 we received a text and then a phone call that the condo would be unlocked & info as to where to park. We were so relieved. There is no hand towels, Saran Wrap, foil, ziploc bags, shampoo, wine opener provided and only 1 dish towel and 1 pot holder mitt. There is no checkout information posted. Maybe there was a lack of communication since we were only renting the condo for 2weeks.

We did a shark snorkeling excersion in Jupiter that was awesome, ate at Benny's on the Beach in Lake Worth (twice--go for breakfast!) and walked around the great shops in Delray. The scenic drive up and down A1A was fabulous! We wanted to stay longer! We'll be back for our 30th if not before!

The property is suitable for two. Immediate impression is that the host is available and hands-on to address any issues and make sure guests have everything they need. This is in contrast to checking in to a lockbox unit. We loved the canal view...watching crew and boats go by was a highlight of our stay. No complaints...everything was perfect.

This property was perfect for the two of us! The whole place was tastefully decorated and the place just felt right.
Our host was very gracious and courteous. There were provisions provided upon our arrival that we felt were just above and beyond any place that we have stayed before.
