Our 4 night stay at crossgates rosehearty was just as relaxing as we hoped it would be. Our host kept in contact for any and all queries ( which weren't many), and met briefly after we had arrived, very warm and welcoming. The cottage was cozy, comfortable, clean and relaxing in the evening with the log burner warming the living room was brilliant. A really useful information pack was provided on the local area, I can highly recommend rattray beach. Can't fault our stay, it was perfect, and we will be booking another stay for later in the year.

Good location with comfortable bed , it is a good value for money cottage
New towels needed and a general update to decor would be advantageous, there is also a strange smell in the cottage , it may be dampness
