Квартира находится в тихим спальном районе. Рядом круглосуточный крупный супермаркет со всем необходимым, аптека и пункт обмена валюты, что для спального района достаточно редкое явление. Квартира очень просторная и удобная, чисто. Хозяйка живет в соседнем доме, после звонка, сразу же подошла, всё показала, передала ключи. Спасибо за гостеприимство.

Приветливая хозяйка встретила нас и передала ключи. В квартире было очень чисто, было все необходимое - постельное белье, полотенца, кухонные принадлежности. Все было комфортно. Был телевизор и вайфай. Рядом с домом продуктовый магазин. 10 минут, чтобы дойти до Мегамолла.
Немного шумно было, когда кто-то находился в ванной, по трубам шумела вода в квартире. Если кому-то важна тишина, то это может быть неудобством. Но в целом при туристическом проживании это незначительный минус.

- 3 power cuts, 2 wifi cuts, 3 water cuts in 10 days - very unreliable infrastructure (not host's fault)
- no way to pick up the keys by yourself (not great for late night travellers)
- no AC - this is a big one. Apartment gets very hot and I feel like the owners cheaped out here - otherwise 9/10 out of ten - I am bad in heat so would avoid in summer months
