The apartment is charming. The location is good and it is a walkable distance to downtown. The balcony is nice and the parquet floors and high ceilings give the apartment a nice old feeling. It is close to a grocery and market. Yerevan is a wonderful and safe city.
The bed was not very comfortable. Everything else was fine and was what we needed.
